Having just recently moved to Florida in July, I needed to find a person to cut my lawn on a regular basis. A neighbor of mine in Rotonda recommended Quality Care Lawns, and so I called. John Swoboda, owner, came out and looked at the job and then gave me a quote for the year, which he divides into equal monthly payments. I have an oversized lot in Rotonda, so his quote to me was $110./month. I pay that during the months when the lawn grows its fastest and John is over once a week, and I will pay that during the winter months when the lawn will slow down and not need as much attention. All summer, John has come out on a weekly basis to cut my lawn, and he is always prompt, professional, courteous, and most of all, he does an excellent job. His care and attention to my lawn means I don't ever have to worry about it. He is thorough -- he cuts the lawn, he trims the edges, and he blows the debris away at the end. He takes the time to talk to me if I have questions or concerns, I would highly recommend John and Quality Care Lawns. He price fair, his work is excellent, and most of all, I never have to worry about my lawn.
