Paul Mann Custom Pest Control

I live in Florida where pest control is a necessity. I contacted 4 local companies through Angies List. Paul Mann was the only company that did not require a "first time" double the price application. Our home, through the previous owner, has had regular pest control so, to me, that was a waste of my money. The Paul Mann employee came, was very thorough and polite, did everything I expected, and i did not feel ripped off. Happy to recommend this company.

I called Paul Mann Pest Control after two other companies in my area did not provide service as promised. The pest service company I used for 15 years in Tampa had been excellent; on time, knowledgeable and friendly technician, confidence that any bug problem I had, he could address. But after trying two pest service companies in Englewood, I only experienced technicians who were late or no show for appointments, hurried to get the application done, a new guy each time, I was losing hope that I would find a similar company to the one in Tampa. But it's a good thing I tried one more; Paul Mann Custom Pest Control. I received everything I expected from a professional pest control service call. Mr Mann was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and confident that there would be no more bug problems. He was right. I am very happy

I am not sure if they go by the size of the house when it comes to the price. I haven’t had any bugs and no one has been sick from the pesticides. It’s easy to make an appointment with them. They accommodate your schedule. They are pretty prompt. I continue to use their services on a quarterly basis.

They are very neat, very professional and always on time. The chemicals that they are using are working for bugs. My rates have not increased for five years.

They are very punctual, if they're going to be late they'll let you know. They are not obtrusive when they come into my home. They are very thorough, and we haven't had any bugs.
