We just had our home replumed,hot water installed,and mixing valves replaced in both bathrooms. We have used your company in the past for small jobs and have always been pleased. After this service we just had your company and employees are rock stars. The young gentlemen that did the work Mike, Tom and Anthony were awesome. So professional and polite. They were so neat and tidy, like they weren’t even here. I must admit my husband and I didn’t know what to expect as we have never experienced this before, but we’re very pleased with the whole process. We have used Mike Douglass Plumbing to clean out the line from our guest bathroom 3 times. The first time, Jamie showed me via a line camera where there's a bump in the underground pipes, due to builder error or settling. We now know it might happen again, which is really valuable knowledge to have, since most problems come as a late night surprise. When they come, they are wearing masks. Because of their professionalism, I feel like I have a plumbing resource, not just a wrench.

Of course our toilet backed up ... into the shower and tub ... on a Sunday afternoon. We called Mike Douglass plumbing. I'm afraid I did not get the workman's name, but he came within an hour and worked for an hour. He was polite and pleasant and got things back to normal pretty quickly. The cost was less than I expected for an emergency call. We will definitely call Mike Douglass Plumbing again if we need a plumber, and we will be happy to recommend them to friends.

After having given the estimate and telling me they would replace the tankless gas water heater the next day, I received a voicemail in the afternoon advising that they would not honor their estimate and would not work with gas at all even though they had told me they would. Worked out fine for us since another reputable company is doing the job for $1125. Saved us $2375 over the "estimate" from Mike Douglass.

My experience went very well.

David responded very promptly to our emergency on a Sunday when all our drains clogged. He was friendly and professional and solved the problem quickly at what we considered to be a reasonable cost.

They're just horrible, I will give him most possible worst mark in the universe, horrible F. He's work was just terrible.

Randy was on time, professional, quick and courteous. I would recommend the company to anyone.

They were good but they were a little expensive. I asked them to quote other stuff and I thought it was expensive. They were friendly. It worked out all right.

Matt came on time was professional and fixed the problem. He put a camera down drain from roof, located the problem fixed it and was done. I will be signing up for annual service contract to have my lines jetted annually.

It was not an emergency, but as we are on the second floor of a condo building we were anxious about replacing our 27 year old water heater. Todd arrived early the next morning and very efficiently explained what we would need and what all was involved in getting the necessary permit and electrician. He gave us a quote and said he could do the installation right away. He checked on the unit and found that another truck in the area had one and could bring it to us. They removed the old water heater, cleaning up after water had leaked from it, and had the new one in place and working within a couple of hours. We would definitely use them again should any plumbing problem arise.

They came out promptly, gave me the exact price upfront, solved the problem.

Matt was there within 30 minutes to clear the drain out and he did so from the roof through the vent pipes which was much less disturbing to our seasonal rentals than the last plumber who pulled the toilet to snake the drain. Matt ran a camera through the drain and told us there was a lot of scale there and the opening was reduced by half so he recommended hydro-jetting the scale out. We will be scheduling this for a date when the property is in between renters. We were only charged $59 for the emergency drain cleaning on the *weekend* and it was also Easter weekend so we were very impressed and relieved to get a lower bill for this. The plumber earlier in the week charged us $178 to do the same thing AND he pulled the toilet and sort of made a mess and disturbed the tenants a LOT more.

I hired this company to unclog bathroom toilet and find out why water was building up in dishwasher. He was very professional and thorough. He looked at dishwasher and said he believed it would be a quick fix at no charge. It turned out that a hose under sink was positioned lower then it should be causing water to drain into dishwasher. It was a simple matter to push tube back up in correct position. However, he still took time to check everything else out to make sure the job was complete and he did not overlook anything else(he was wise to look beyond the obvious), but he did not charge for this. I asked him if he knew what this large hunk of gunk was in one of my kitchen sink's drain(it was thick and surrounded inside perimeter of pipe in drain) and he identified it as a buildup of grease and debris. It was not affecting the function of drain, but was disgusting nonetheless. He cleared it without extra charge. Wish I had watched him do this, for future reference, because he cleared it so quickly and I would have liked to have known if he pulled it out or used a chemical to dissolve it. He needed to auger the toilet which he accomplished without much difficulty and seemed thorough as well, checking vents on roof for any blockages. He let me know my toilet had very poor pressure with flushing which could cause future issues with clogging. In conclusion, this plumber did excellent work in a very professional and detailed manner. The only concern I had was the price. Now I have not checked with other plumbers to know if they would charge the same, as I have misplaced my phone, but it seems outrageously expensive just to auger a toilet with no complications. The intial cost was $129, but I was given their 15% Angie's List discount upon request, so I payed $110 which helped offset my anger with initial price, but still....! Good thing the man was very good and did not charge me for cleaning the sink drain. I would hire them again, but only after I shop around for other companies on Angie's List with great reviews and better prices and can't find such a thing. Why not get great service AND great prices??

I originally called because the main water valve to the house was leaking, an appointment was made for a plumber to stop by and to look at the problem, give me a price for the repair, and complete the work if I wanted. The plumber showed up on time for the appointment, as it turned out he tightened the valve stem nut and said no charge. The plumber was very friendly and excepted a cup of coffee, while we were talking he mentioned other services that the company does and offered a free estimate for replacing the copper pipes in our home saying they are a potential problem in Florida ( our Home inspector also mentioned the problem), then mentioned that we can also receive a free introductory cleaning and inspection of our A/C system. we excepted both offers.We received the free estimate for the replacement of the copper pipes, but did not do the work. the representative for the company Doyle Churchill, was very thorough about what they would have to do to replace the pipes, and it included a new hot water heater. At this time we did not go through with the work and Doyle did not try to apply and pressure to do so.Scott Brown showed up on time for his appointment for the free service and cleaning of our A/C system, he had an assistant Shaun with him. They where clean, neat, and very thorough with the 30 point inspection and cleaning, went through potential future problem with me. I will be defiantly using them again and signing up for a continuing service contract.

In addition to replacing our faucet the service man insisred on looking through our house and giving us an estimate on replacing all of our water pipes.

A leak was diagnosed under the foundation of a duplex property. This company provided an estimate to re-pipe both units that was substantially lower than another company that we contacted. Same materials were used and same warranties given. The company completed the job quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to contact them again.

We were very satisfied with this company and their work. Only draw back to having pipes above the ceiling is in the summer your cold water is always warm and in the winter the hot water takes a while to warm up.

They are very expensive. The gentleman that came was very nice and accommodating. He was very polite and considerate. He did the job well, and he was very responsive. I do not have any negative things to talk about.

My husband called the plumbers after removing the toilet in the early am (before the flooring installers arrived) and after he noticed the cracked flange. The plumbers were nice enough to keep in touch with us during the day to see when they could come over. As the whole house was being re-floored and not completed until 5 p.m. they came after 5. They were friendly and professional and completed the job in a timely manner. After a long and hectic day, my husband appreciated that they not only took care of the cracked flange but re-installed the toilets as well. They also accepted a $25 coupon for their services that we found in the yellow pages. They gave us their estimate after they looked at the job but before they started work.
