+ -1 moreOnce we got on the roof, the sink immediately cleared but he did not camera the system. The bathtub does not have good flow now and so I am less happy about it all because I would have preferred the whole system be checked. He was quite optimistic in the first several calls about that being the way to go and how there was no charge and so i was confidant it would be done and I don't quite remember why the camera wasn't done. Some trouble at one point getting in touch. You do not have a category "I don't know." But I do not know if I would hire again. Not having this category means you do not get honest replies to that question.
Description of Work: The sink did not drain and he was going to camera the system.

Description of Work: Mike Douglass Plumbing replaced our scary-old central air/heat pump unit in Southwest Florida. Everyone I dealt with from my original email to the estimator and installers were very quick to respond, professional and courteous. They explained the whole process and completed everything just as promised. This past month, I called with what I thought might have been a problem, and they had someone there the same day. Turned out it was my mistake, there was no problem. But the technician still checked the whole system and once again explained everything he was doing. | |I have some additional work to do in the future. They will be the first I call. Thank you.
