We recently had our outdoor kitchen retiled by Mann Tile and are so happy with the results. Robert and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional, with an amazing work ethic. They were here at the time they said they would be here, did the work they were scheduled to do, and cleaned up the area before they left. I can't think of any higher praise than that. We're so pleased we chose Mann Tile and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

They completed the job in one day and did a wonderful job. They were diligent in protecting the rest of the house from dust and dirt with plastic drapes from the ceiling, even in the rooms where the tile ran down the middle of an otherwise carpeted room. They cleaned up as they went, minimizing the impact of those family members that remained in the house while they worked and carted away all of the tile and mess using plastic buckets. The ground down the thin set, leaving the floor perfectly prepared for the installation of the new tile. Having been involved in retiling jobs before, I can't recommend these guys enough. At $1.95/ft. is highly cost effective and saves the cost of the dumpster. Plus it eliminates my having to do a lot of back breaking and unpleasant work. Having them remove the tile for you, even if you intend to retile yourself, is fast, cost-effective, and saves a lot of time and effort.

Tiler was sick and came as often as he could. It took several days. He always showed up as he promised after he was feeling better. Polite and friendly. Cleaned up after himself.

Great people to work with, professional, informed and communicative. My service man had a personal issue that took him away for a day but he made up for it by working on a weekend. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them.

We interviewed several providers for this extensive project. The very detailed explanation of every step of the project, which was provided by Rob Mann, proprietor of Mann Tile, convinced us that this was the right provider for us. Every step of this project was carried out meticulously by men who took obvious pride in their work. Before the demolition of the existing tile floor was started, each A/C outlet was covered with plastic, as were all light fixtures and furniture. A plastic "wall" was also created to separate the tiled area from the carpeted area of the house. This resulted in a minimal amount of dust at the end of the project. The new tiles were very carefully laid with a DITRA barrier to prevent future cracking of tiles. The workers were professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and cleaned up at the end of every day's work. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would heartily recommend Mann Tile!

They were polite ,quick and cleaned up the areas. They mentioned the day they layed the tile someone else would most likely be back to finish the grouting. We were not aware they were going on vacation. We gave it several days and made a call. There was some confusion but eventually they returned. They appologized and all is well. The floor looks great and we are very p leased. Despite the mix up we would recommend them and not hesitate to have them do another job.

Work went well. Work was first class and the cutting was done in the garage, which was down a flight of steps, so that there would be no dust in the house after the work was done. Much appreciated as after the last person who did similar work was finished I had 6 hours of clean up work. Good People, Great Work, a Blessing
