Jesse was incredibly helpful, prompt and thorough. His patient explanations and response to my questions went a long way in lowering my stress. The crew was very respectful and did a wonderful job protecting my furniture from dust and debris.

Upon initial contact with Flood Proz, Jesse was very responsive, set a date an appointment time to meet . Upon initial meeting, his team got to work immediately to remediate all the flood soiled items from the home including removal of wet drywall and doors. They worked very quickly and were very professional. He continued his remediation process of drying out the residence with daily checks with moisture readers. Sprayed all exposed areas/surfaces for mold and mildew . Most importantly, he always responded to any and all questions immediately. He was in constant contact with us with updates during the entire process. Would definitely recommend him for any water/flood remediation services one might require. This service was required due to Hurricane Ian leaving about 8-10â  of water in my home.

Our home was flooded with 3 inches of water throughout from hurricane Ian. Flood Proz owner Jesse came to my house 2 days after Ian hit SW Florida and walked me through the process of water/mold remediation. Jesse gave me a fair price and he and his crew worked every day for a week getting the job done, Jesse was there some nights until after midnight.
