+ -1 moreTenants pulled the chain right out of our fan/light fixture. Handyman said we needed an electrician because the fix required that. Fan Lady advised the fix required minimal wiring and a $12 part so my husband bought the part and tried installing it. Back to Fan Lady for installation advice and she gave us the name of her installer who came out and had no better luck. Back to Fan Lady who advised buying the switch housing unit from Hunter because this was a plug in modular unit that required no wiring. This part was a little more expensive at $26.75 but it will save us (ie., the tenants) the cost of buying a new fan and paying an installer. Fan Lady took back the part we bought from them with absolutely no hassle. The entire experience was really great in spite of several missteps because dealing with Fan Lady was like dealing with family. In fact this is a family owned business as they proudly advertise. Thank you for a positive experience. Service matters and you did great in my book.
