ENGLEWOOD GLASS & MIRROR

Disappointing that the company has dropped the "not job too small" policy they advertise. They no longer provide repair /replacement services for products they sold if the job isn't big enough to be attractive to them. According to personnel there: "the owner only wants to do big jobs."

Great experience from start to finish. Great job in measuring and prep. Installation was done by Mike and Dan and they were outstanding, Cleaned up and left the house just like it was when they arrived.

one mirror defective x 2; had to rebuild it twice one mirror size measured in error & had to be recut office sent invoice notices due when they had been paid. Office staff doesn't communicate among themselves well.

I called Englewood Glass in March and was told it would be approximately a week before they could come out. On the day of appt Dan was on time and very nice. He measured the windows of our house, explained window details to my husband and told me he had a computer system that he plugged the dimensions into and it would give him an accurate quote for us. It is now 2.5-3 weeks later and still no quote. I have called this establishment 3 different times and talked with Mandy(owner) 2 times. She informed me that they had a long line in front of me. I asked Mandy what the hold up was if the computer did it all. She told me "it takes an hour to enter all the information" I said "ok well an hour 3 weeks ago seems a bit of a problem" Mandy responded "well if we have 60 people in front of you" Ok I did the math that would be 60 hours.....in 2.5-3 weeks. I am glad Englewood Glass is so busy. Apparently they are just too busy for me or they need to hire another person to type in numbers to a computer program. I have received 2 other quotes and it took 3 days on 1 and 4 days on the other. The install turn around time will definitely be longer which I understand. I had read that Englewood was good so I wanted to get their quote....Unfortunately for me, this is not good customer service. If I ran my business where a simple quote took me 3 weeks to give to potential customer, well............................... I probably wouldn't have a very strong business model.

It was such a relief to get it replaced so quickly...they also disposed of the old broken one. I was extremely satisfied with the result...they were very nice, competent, & easy to deal with. Hopefully, I won't break any more glass on my next trip, but if I do, I would definitely use them again.

Took only a couple of days to complete from order over the phone to delivery and install (we had been in the office earlier to ask about particulars for what we had in mind). The technician showed up as scheduled, installed the mirror on the wall and showed us how we could take it down if we needed to. The tech was quick and professional.
