Exceeded Expectations 110% This is the first contractor Since 2000 that we haven’t had ANY issues with! They have done such an Awesome job from the estimate to the completion that I had to let everyone know that this is the company to go with!!! We have lived in Florida since 2000 and had our share of not so great Florida contractors so we know a great company when we experience it. 17 PGT Aluminum Wingard impact windows & 3 doors (blk) with Graylite 2 tint & Low- E. We decided to replace our windows with PGT Series 5500 vinyl frame windows and chose Englewood Glass and Mirror based on reviews of previous customers and their proposed cost. We were told up front that the PGT factory was taking several months to deliver due to the popularity of their product and perhaps the problems presented with the Covid-19 pandemic. When our order was shipped, we received a call from Englewood Glass to schedule installation. We were told it would take two days to install. On the first day, Englewood Glass employees Jimmy and Ryan arrived promptly and introduced themselves, told us what to expect, and during the two days, exhibited professionalism, competency, and efficient teamwork removing the 9 builder grade windows and installing the new PGT windows. As we observed, this was no small task. Both Jimmy and Ryan answered our questions during each step of their work and their experience and knowledge was evident whenever they encountered unusual circumstances. They worked carefully and expertly to give us craftsman-like installation. Perhaps the best compliment we could offer Englewood Glass was when the work was finished, my wife remarked to Jimmy and Ryan that they were like having house guests for two days! Overall, our experience with Englewood Glass & Mirror was excellent and we would recommend they without reservation!

It went great! They arrived on time and were excellent to work with! Angelo was great! He explained the problems with the windows and slider and offered a well priced solution to all of them. Even though it was our “free estimate” visit, he was able to give us the time to turn it into a service call right then which really worked best for us! We appreciate their willingness to accommodate our service needs in such a timely way! We will definitely call them again!!

It didn't go. I called on December 12th...they said they didn't have any appointments to give me an estimate open until January 2nd. The girl said they were too busy with hurricane Irma clients coming down from the north(snowbirds) realizing damage was done to their properties. After I told her I got their number off of Angies list and was going to write a review...the girl then started saying...well if you just need the glass replaced then I can get someone over their sooner. I literally live about a 2 minute drive from their shop. The company lacks professionalism and makes up different excuses. My advice is to CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!!

Spectacular. This family owned/operated business bent over backwards to accomodate my needs and succeeded in a spectacular way ... and genuinely made me believe that they were happy to do it! I brag on them every chance I get. Don't hesitate. Need window work? Hire these folks. I can't thank them enough! Danny and Mandy run that shop the way a business ought to be run.

One of the company's staff came over to look at the problem and gave us a written estimate that we approved. He thought it could be fixed that day, but when he went back to the shop for the parts it turned out they needed to be ordered. He called us right back and asked if we were ok with waiting. We were, but we're not going to be there by the time the parts came in. We arranged for a neighbor to let him in, the work was done, and the company emailed us a bill which was within the estimate and we paid by credit card over the phone. The windows are working easily now and we are very pleased with the result. The entire process was professionally done.

I went with the company as they are small family owned business which I believe in supporting. I had a good work relationship with the owner and there installers are incredible. They did a great job. We did have a few issues which they did take care of and all work was done to satisfaction. some things were out of there control such as time frame on windows being delivered. However if there was a issue they did resolve it without any problems. I do like the fact that the installers do the installation like it was there own home. can't say enough good things about the installers. I recommend them and recommend them to anyone looking for a dedicated company to provide excellent quality in there work and doors, windows and glass.

They came on on time and took off the old exterior molding and added new modling. They did my house in about three days and they were professional. They have the best prices.

My experience went very well. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was pleased with the outcome of the service. The pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to others.

They were great. From the time that I put the deposit down to the time they actually did the work, there was a little bit of delay for them to get to me but once they got here, they were efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and did a very professional job. I would highly recommend them to anybody who is thinking of having new windows put in. They took out all the old trim on the old windows, took the old windows out, and nailed the new windows on. They just didn't nail them into the frame; they nailed them into the old window frame from the outside, so they were really sealed. They bought the wood, they brought it in, and I just had to supply the paint. They cut the wood, painted it, and put a new trim up. I had the windows, the sliders of the whole house replaced, and it only took those three days, so it was excellent. They had the best price. I was perfectly happy with their product and their service, or I would not be recommending them in the first place.

They did a good job for me. They replaced the four sliding door screens and rollers, and then washed the windows when they were finished.
