computer repair
+ -1 moreComputer slowness improved. Repair person worked alone and called 2 days later than promised. Printer icon was not fixed and printer functioning as result, did not work. In calling to report problem still existed an owner stated readily, if I thought the computer was not working I was either wrong, or there was a 'serious miscommunication' on my part. He assured 2 technicians worked together. One worked and one checked.
Description of Work: Determine reason for slowness in bringing up programs and repair. Repair function printer scanning from desktop icon. Replace functioning icon on desktop.
