They do very well and they have been around for a long time in this area and they always do a great job. They also do the yard but that is every two months. They are comparable and competitive with their price.

Initially we were very happy with Econo Termite and Pest. We had some issues when we initially began service and it took a few service calls to resolve. After that, Econo came on a regular quarterly basis and we had been satisfied. During the last service visit I had explained that we had been having a pest issue for the week leading up to that appointment. After that service call we continued to have a pest issue in the house, so I called to ask for a technician to come back out (which is in accordance with their policy). When talking to the scheduler, I specified a preference for any previous technician other than the one that had most recently been to the house. I was told that the service manager would be out the next day to resolve any issues we may be having. The morning of the expected appointment, I received a call from the service manager who told me that they had decided to and quot;part waysand quot; with me as a customer because he had checked his records and they were coming out four times per quarter to my home and it wasn't worth their effort because they were spending too much gas to justify keeping me as a customer. I explained that their records must be incorrect because they had not been to my house with that type of frequency. He then told me that they had run out of technicians to send out to my house because I was not satisfied with any of them. Again, I told him he must have been misinformed, and that I had just asked that the most recent technician not return to my house. He then told me that he had discussed my account with the owner of the company and they jointly decided I needed and quot;someone who could give me more TLCand quot; then they could. I explained that I was disappointed and surprised. He was extremely rude and his information was inaccurate. Apparently if you are a customer with an active pest issue that pays for service with Econo Termite and Pest control they really don't care. In effect, I was told that as a loyal customer who has referred many people to this company, that I'm simply too much work for them and not worth their time, effort, or gas.

We were very happy with them until we found out that some of the things they spray are not very good for fish or bees. Because of this, we cancelled them. Their prices were very reasonable and they did what they said they would do. Unless they changed the chemicals they use, we would not use them again at this time.

Very hard to get rid of. They did an initial service of Dusting, and then for the next 3 months spraying. That's a lot of work for $295.00 in any area. Then a fee of $75.00 per quarter. I highly recommend Econo Termite and Pest Control. They are like family.

Econo Termite and Pest Control Inc. we have a contract with them so they come out regularly. I have not had any bugs ever since they started. They call me in advanced every time.

No problem. The technician was a few minutes early and did a good job; asking if we had had any problems or seen any pests inside the house.

I think their prices were pretty reasonable. I did not have any problem with their prices. Everything about them was professional. Whatever I thought they were going to do, they did it. They did it professionally and on time. I find their service people to be extremely polite and extremely helpful when they were here. I never had any problems with them. I have been using them for many years.

We started using Econo Pest Control services in 2011 for regular pest interior and exterior services. They show up when they are scheduled, perform the services and send a report. They recently found a ant problem which they contacted us to discuss and decide on course of treatment. Their fees are very competitive and their service is excellent.

It went well.

They provide the best customer service. They are always here promptly for appts.; they stand behind their work; the technicians are cordial and polite and efficient as is the office staff. I have dealt personally with the owner, he too is terrific to work with. I highly recommend this company

I do see bugs, but they are always dead, that means whatever they are using is working really well. I have used them for probably last couple of years and they are very reliable. I don't even have to be there when they come. They know where I have the key hidden. They provide great service. They are the best. I get what I pay for it.

They've been competitive with their pricing. They're on time and good to deal with. Their prices and quality of work are excellent.

They do good work. They come every three months. They do normal routine pest control. I pay $55 every three months which I think is extremely reasonable. They do good work and they come on time. They come when they say they are going to come. They are courteous and professional. The price is reasonable.

We've used them for a long time. We have been very, very satisfied with them.

We've had them for several years and they do several services for us.
