"Mike Bossey and his design and install crew are truly the best in the business!" We had damage done to our driveway by a delivery truck during the aftermath of Hurricane IAN. We called in "3 plus experts" for bids. Sharing with a friend how uneasy we were with the companies we had met with, our friend recommended we speak with Mike Bossey at Custom Pavers. After speaking and meeting with Mike, and his Design Crew (Freddy, and Greg) we knew we had found the true experts! His design team's insight into ideas, the time they spent showing and dropping off samples, and addressing our concerns, just added to our confidence to move forward! The professionalism and knowledge from Mike's own gold standards, shine through his employees. The install crew followed suit! The craftsmanship of the work they did was spectacular. The crew was polite and respectful to us, and our property. It was amazing to see how many times Mike and his design crew checked in with us. They too would help the crew out, they all worked so cohesively. You could tell this was more than just a job, it was pride in the company! Seeing how well everything was going, we asked Mike to add to our job the pavers that had sunk around our pool. They did a wonderful job. From day one, everything that was explained to us was done, and they were always there when they said they would be. There were no surprises except the buzz around our neighborhood regarding our breathtaking driveway and front entry! We stand behind Mike Bossey and his crew! For us, the very frustrating event of having our driveway damaged became our silver lining! Mike we thank you and your entire crew!

From the beginning, I have been very impressed by Custom Pavers and their incredible customer service. I first used Custom Pavers in 2014 to fix my pool pavers that had sunken. They fixed them promptly and I had no issues. Last year, after having a horrible experience with other contractors, I had to rip out my entire concrete driveway and I called Custom Pavers to the rescue. They did an amazing job on my new paver driveway. My neighbors give me compliments and my house regained it's curb appeal. Custom Pavers (Owner Mike his workers) are thorough, honest, timely and provided me with the details needed to feel comfortable with the cost and scope of the job. Even a year later, I had some pavers that needed to be replaced and Mike was quick to call me back and fix them without any issues. There are a lot of people that say they can do pavers but I caution people to ensure they use a reputable business, like Custom Pavers. I highly recommend them and am very pleased by the support that I have received.

Mike Bossy and his crew were fantastic and professional. Mike did all the proper research was done to ensure that any digging would not interfere with any electrical or irrigation runways. It was seamless; we had nothing to do once we agreed on a project design. Additional runways were installed under the pavers in case any future line have to be installed.

We had Custom Pavers do our driveway, several walkways and a small patio. They were al great. Mike (the owner) NEVER missed picking up our telephone calls and always listened to what we wanted to do. The workmanship was outstanding and professional. The crews paid attention to every detail right down to cleaning up. The amazing part was he never asked for any money until the job was completed and we were happy. We have people going by our house and taking pictures of this great job.

Mike Bossey with Custom Pavers did an excellent job on our project. He delivered more than he promised and his installers were very professional. About a year after the driveway was installed there was a small area that sank down slightly. Mike and his crew come out and repaired the area. The repair was done quickly and it is impossible to tell where the work was done. I would highly recommend Mike Bossey and Custom Pavers to install your driveway or deck.

We very recently had pavers set on our pool deck and patio. After much research, we decided to use Custom Pavers in Englewood Florida. We were extremely pleased with the finished product. Our pool deck and patio look amazing. They truly transformed our outdoor living space. If you are looking for a reliable company with an excellent work ethic than this is the company to use. The owner, Mike Bossey, is a consumate professional as are all of the men who work for Custom Pavers. Again, if reliability and craftsmanship are important to you then you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend this company!! During the installation, there was an unforeseen glitch. Mike went out of his way to remedy the problem even though he wasn't obligated to do it. His workers were professional, pleasant and answered any questions we asked them. The workmanship was excellent both with the pavers and the unexpected tile installation.

Wonderfully. Mike Bossey is an excellent professional who showed up for the original meeting for the estimate with samples of some pavers that we might consider and a lot over very good ideas on how to lay out the driveway to give a little more width. The final layout also made the driveway look much more interesting and tied it into the house beautifully. Mike's estimate package included not only the estimate and a drawing of the new driveway layout, it also included copies of his license, certificates of insurance, technical sheets for the products being used, descriptions and pictures of the possible patterns and an 8 page list of references! He even showed us one that had the exact pavers we were considering so that we could see what it looked like installed. When we signed the contract there was no deposit required. None. He ordered the pavers, obtained the permit and kept us informed as each step was completed. When the job was scheduled the crews were always there when promised. The workers were polite, respectful and very skilled. The install went quickly and his crew did a very thorough cleanup after both the tear out of the old driveway and the installation of the new. We are thrilled with the completed job and have already had several neighbors stop to ask for details. Mike's estimate was a little higher than the cheapest I received but not by enough to make price a factor. Overall, given the professionalism of the company and the quality of the job I would give Custom Pavers the highest possible recommendation. No one in the area he covers should hire a contractor for this type of a project without at least calling him for a free estimate. Thanks Mike!

Mike Bossey's quote was very detailed. All he promised was completed by a vey professional crew in a timely manner and with great skill. When they were finished, my pavers looked brand new. To say I am pleased with the results is an understatement. I would have no problem recommending Custom Pavers to my friends and neighbors and I would confidently use them again for future work.

. Mike Bossey and his crew at Custom Pavers did an excellent job in removing the old concrete driveway and installing top quality attractive pavers in a very timely and professional manner. They provided expert advice in modifying the driveway footprint and in suggesting the design and color of the new pavers. All of their crews are led by skilled craftsmen that are very easy to work with. The old driveway was removed and the base sand layer was installed on day one. The pavers were completely installed on day two and the new driveway was double sealed on the third day. The bottom line is they exceeded our expectations and if anyone is looking for a top quality job, we would highly recommend them.

We were/are very pleased with the work performed and products supplied. Pavers were excellent quality as were all materials. Plan layout took several iterations, which ultimately yielded a better plan. Crew installing pavers arrived as scheduled and quickly and efficiently completed the installation. Details of rounded and square corners was excellent. A special detail at a door worked out very well. The walkway, which was not in the original plan is used many times a day. Cleanup was super, you would hardly know they were there. We will use Custom Pavers for any future paver work. They come highly recommended!!

The installers were true craftsmen when cutting the pavers and coping and were very pleasant and well-mannered. Many friends in the area have also hired Custom Pavers after seeing our lanai.

They did all of the prep and installed the pavers in a timely fashion. They were fast and polite as well. And several years later the pavers are in excellent condition.
