Kim and Amber were both great to work with and very knowledgeable about what would look the best in our home. The plantation shutters along with the patio blind that we purchased really look great and we couldn't be happier. They answered every question that we had and were able to work with our schedule since we had a small window of time because we were coming from out of town. The process was also complimented by their installation staff, they were friendly and the install went very well. The next time that we either need window treatments or know of someone that does we will definitely go back to the same company again.

Great! Started w/Amber- super efficient super nice! Finished with Bill- also very efficient, workman like attitude and great personality for working with public. Made short work of the job!

I stopped in the storefront to order blinds for over my sink.? I was helped by the associate there.? I called back to purchase my selection.? Kim came over to measure and I, in addition to the original order, added to my purchase vertical blinds for living room.? Installers as on time and very nice and helpful.? Everyone from beginning to end was wonderful and a pleasure to work with. **Update: The next day I started having problems with the blinds. When my blinds open at least a couple of vertical slats wouldn't open so I would have to open them with my hands. I called Monday first thing and told them about the problem. I would tell the lady over the phone that they would work on and off when I was with her over the phone. She said they'll come out and look at my blinds if I run into those issues again but I'm going back and forth with them about this and I wouldn't want them to come to my home if they were not to fix the blinds if they happened to work on the day they came out. I feel as if they're selling an inferior product.
Description of Work: Installed blinds and vertical blinds that I ordered at the store and also from a home visit.

We are very disheartened to read [Member Name Removed]'s update. When our installer left her home she was very happy and told him how beautiful everything was. Our installer instructs each customer on the proper use of each of their new blinds before leaving and has the customer test each blind to make sure they are in good working order. [Member Name Removed]'s blinds were installed on a Friday afternoon and she contacted us the following Monday to express her concerns about the verticals not working properly. I apologized and scheduled a service call for the owner to stop by and see what the issue could be. We have scheduled 3 different service calls for the owner to go to [Member Name Removed]'s home and see what the issue could be. Unfortunately [Member Name Removed] has canceled all 3 appointments so we haven't been able to look at her blinds to determine the proper way to rectify the situation. We'd be more than happy to correct any issues she's having if she'd contact us and schedule another appointment. The last time she called here to cancel was because she said the blinds were working as they were supposed to and she didn't need us to come over. This was left on our answering machine so I returned her call and told her I was the glad the blinds seemed to be working fine but to please call if it happened again so we could get out there right away. We haven't heard back from her since that conversation. We take great pride in the products we sell and the service we provide. We have many great reviews from happy customers and we strive every day to keep that momentum going. We feel badly that [Member Name Removed] is (or was) having problems but since she's canceled all of her service calls and hasn't called to schedule any more, there's not much more we can do. We do apologize for any aggravation this has caused her as that was not our intention. We would like to hear back from [Member Name Removed] to schedule an appointment if she is still having problems, which we hope she isn't. Thank you.

Arrived on time. Began installation a long pre discussed plan. Had some trouble with the right drill bit for the job (very hard steel) & went out to the hardware store to pick up the right took for the job. Completed satisfactory installation.
