ABC Southwest Plumbing & Air Conditioning

ABC replaced a 20-25' section of my sewer line and it backed up within 8 weeks in the exact spot where the repair was supposed to be completed. Upon scoping the line we realized that only 15' of line was replaced and they did not repair the most problematic section of the line. ABC refused to finish the job because the contract has a range of how many linear feet will be repaired and doesn't explicitly say the exact coordinates of the repair, even though the backup was within a few feet of the repaired line. They have additionally stated that because I have other issues in my very long sewer line, which are unrelated to the repair and far away from the backup, they are not required to finish the work they were hired to do.

They did a good job. I was very pleased.

The technicians were professional and seemed to know what they were doing.

The technician showed up and checked my A/C system. He seemed rather incompetent and not very knowledgeable to me. Even though it was a new system, he told me that he'd refilled the freon before he left. Shortly thereafter the temperature in my home skyrocketed and the A/C seemed to be completely malfunctioning. Not wanting to trust the same company that seemed to have caused my trouble. I called another company for a second opinion. As it turned out, the technician had left out a gasket when reconnecting the lines and all of the freon had leaked out of the system. If he'd seemed competent to me I would have assumed it was simply a mistake and called him back to fix the problem, but I'd already had serious doubts. So instead I had to pay between three and four hundred dollars for the second company to fill my freon and fix the connection issue. When I contacted ABC Southwest, they only refunded the promotional service/diagnostic fee, but they refused to cover the cost I had incurred and stated that I should have called them first. It seemed ironic to me that they had this special offer in order to increase their business, and yet dealt with me in such a rude and uncaring manner that I have no desire whatsoever to continue using them in the future. I do not give them a good referral to anyone that asks me

They were dreadful. I would say that he was prompt getting there. It was very expensive and he spent the whole time trying to sell us a new toilet at a very high price.

It was quite expensive but they were very good in fixing our bathroom.

The fixtures that I had in the toilet area were very expensive and it took them months to get what they thought was the correct parts and it turned out they were not the correct parts. The end result was that I had to replace the whole thing with another manufacturer. Some of this was their fault and some was that the fact that the items were no longer be produced.
