We were very pleased with the quality of the work done, Lisa Smith was helpful and cooperative, and the workers were reliable and very dependable....easy to have in the house all day. We would certainly hire them again.

I highly recommend Smith Remodeling! Lisa and Mark and the crew were terrific. Prompt, courteous, hard workers, on budget, and started & completed the project on time. They offered a few suggestions - basically if I had plans to replace any ceiling fixtures, do it now so the ceiling is finished to make sure the new lights looked completely finished (smaller fixtures could leave unfinished area around the old fixture). Also did a few minor repairs on my walls while they were working and retextured the patches to match the old walls! Best of luck!

Lisa, her employees and 360 Construction with whom she works with have done an excellent job. Our bathroom underwent a major remodeling and we couldn’t be happier with the process and the end result. Communication was outstanding. Our calls were always answered promptly and we were regularly informed of what was going to be done and when. We were even called if someone was going to be a little late. Lisa did a very good job of coordinating all the work and was always aware of what was happening. The workmanship was outstanding. Two of her employees, Dan and Mark, did much of the work. They were skilled, very courteous, and so pleasant we miss them. We chose Lisa because a neighbor had her bathroom remodeled and was happy with the job. We were not disappointed and we recommend her for remodeling without any reservation.

They did a fantastic job quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend them.

Mark and Lisa are extremely professional, creative, friendly and timely. Their crew members are all nice and punctual. We were living in the space at the time and they made sure to keep a clean work space when they were able to. We will be remodeling our master bedroom, bathroom and closet next and hope to be able to work with Mark, Lisa and their crew again soon!

It went extremely well. Arrived on time, worked quietly, and left our property in good shape. There were some large pieces of the wood left over that they left for me to use. The finished job looked better than expected.

They were professional and knowledgeable. They crew were pleasant, knew what they were doing and worked hard. The daily site clean-up was even great. Will definitely use them again for other projects that we have planned.

The end result was amazing. Definitely worth the wait. Smith Contracting did a fantastic job. And Dan really paid attention to the details.

The crew was always prompt and pleasant. They always had their tools and equipment and didn't have to keep leaving to buy something or delay things because what they needed was "on the other truck or back at the shop". They are meticulous workers and did a beautiful job. We have used other contractors in the past and they are by far superior. I love my bathroom!

Cannot say enough good about the work that was done, Really excellent.On time, as promised , always cleaned up at the end of the day. Spent long hours doing the job, I would use them aging for other things to be done.

I had a very good experience with Smith Construction. As with any renovation there are always small issues that arise but Mark and Lisa did a great job in resolving any problems or concerns. I've recommended them to other people and they are about to start on my inlaws master bath, I know they'll get the job done right.

Lisa and Mark are wonderful to work with. They listen to what you want. Lots of talent in their company. They show up on time and work steady all day. They show up every day unless it is scheduled to be different. Their team are great people, work very well together and they communicated very well with us as the project went along. We could not be happier with our finished baths. The quality of the work is fantastic!! We have showed it off to family and friends and they all love it!! Lisa took us on a tour of a whole house remodel they did and we were sold. It was beautiful.

My husband and I bought this home brand new 33 years ago. It was after raising a family and getting our children off to college and on their own that we decided it was time to remodel our home built in the early 1980's. We hired Smith Remodeling to do the work. They had been working on a neighbor's home and I had a chance to see their work and talk to Mark Smith (business owner) and the home owner. I like what I saw and noticed that the crew was punctual, dependable and reliable for several months (large remodeling job). Lisa does the bidding for their company. We met and she really listened to what I wanted done, took pictures and took notes. I explained to her that I was a teacher and I needed the project to be completed before I went back to school in early August. They started the project in mid June, about the 20th just after I got out of school and finished two days before I started back, August 2nd. They worked well with two other contractors (tile man and a cabinet/granite company). The crew was very responsible, dependable and punctual. They were very professional and conscientious and always took pride in their work. They arrived at 8 am, took a lunch break and finished up at 4 pm always cleaning up after themselves. They always asked if I had any questions and being a teacher I always had some and they graciously answered all of my questions. They accommodated any of my suggestions and cheerfully completed them. Whenever I needed to contact Lisa she always responded back to me quickly and followed through on any requests or concerns that I may have had concerning the remodeling project. We would highly recommend Lisa and Mark Smith of Smith Remodeling. We had a great experience and would use them again. We love our new home!

It couldn't have gone better! Workers showed up when they said they would and did a beautiful job. They put up with my many changes/additions as the job progressed. I plan on using them to redo our guest bathroom.

Great. This was about my fifth remodeling project and not only would I use Smith Remodeling again, I have recommended them to a friend, who hired them. They were courteous, open to suggestions; showed up on time, kept the work site extremely clean, worked well with building management, etc. A very good experience and very satisfied with the quality of the work.

Completely satisfied and have since recommended Smith Remodeling to others (who hired them). Communication was great; they showed up and completed the job on time; they were open to suggestions; they worked well with building management; they keep the work site extremely clean. This was about my fifth remodeling experience and I would use them again. In fact, I have plans to do that with another (larger) condo, once I no longer have a tenant in that location.

The team was very professional, clean and through. However Lisa Smith, owner and project manager appears to have scheduling deficiencies.. I have documented over 10 times issues where she could not have her team come due to --illnesses, car issues, additions/changes to other projects. She measured the baseboard 2 times and never completed that project. Lisa Smith seems unable to judge timing on her projects, unwilling to hold to time commitments promises.

The bathroom renovation was completed in a timely and professional manner. The quality of work is great! I'm looking forward to working with The Smiths again.
