Associated Doors

It went great. Another garage door company we had paid replaced our garage door but without windows which we ordered. It even stated on the bill, but we had to let them put one on without windows so we could open and close garage. After 1 and half months of being lied to and told it was on order, we called the distributor and found out it had not been even ordered. The distributor CLOPAY was very nice and said he would order the part and gave us Associated Doors as a professional company that would install it for us. The distributor paid for all of it except we paid for the trim which had been removed by the previous garage door installer. $85.00 only. It was done within an hour and half and very nicely. Even the door was much quieter to open and shut as he adjusted it.

More than anything, on must highlight the two qualities that distinguish these guys from others. Their responsiveness is almost magical -- we have never had to wait more than less than a hour to arrive on site from the moment we call. (Frankly, none of our work needed this level of promptness, but is amazing.) Second, they will always give you choices, and they will always include -- "don't do it, is not worth the money", "you can do this yourself is easy and save the money," and then a range to possible fixes.
