Description of Work: I put the wrong thing in my garbage disposal, and was sure I needed a new one. They were able to fix it. I also thought a wire to the water softener was cut, but they were able to repair that too. They came on time, and as always, they are quick, clean, and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Repair a leak in a water pipe going into my washer. It went just perfect. They arrived advised me what needed to be done and let me know the cost. I was told by another plumber the whole piper had to be replaced and that would have involved going under my garage floor.

Description of Work: Repaired underground water leak between water meter and home. A sprinkler contact had a leak. Tom Shell Plumbing located the leak and fixed it within 45 minutes. They did an excellent job, was fast a very professional. I will use them again for any future plumbing needs.

 + -1 moreI have used Tom Shell plumbing and Tom Shell heating & Ac. Both do good work. Revis is a nice guy and knew what he was doing..I had to pay a high price for a Sunday , but is was reasonable.
Description of Work: AC failed on a Sunday. Called Tom Shell Heating & AC , which has 24 hour coverage. Revis called back and said he will be there between 4 and 5 pm. He got here about 4:30 and found out that my condenser wasn't running. He quickly found the problem and replaced a defective capacitor...AC worked fine for about 3 hours, then died again three hours later..They were here first thing Monday morning and replaced the faulty replacement capacitor and everything has worked well since. The reason I am recommending them is because they did come out on a Sunday, when they said they would and they did find the problem quickly. I do not hold them at fault for putting in a new part that didn't hold up, and they did come out first thing in the morning and correct the problem.

 + -1 moreQUOTES FROM SEVERAL COMPANIES OBTAINED,THIS COMP.GAVE THE BEST QUOTE.I SPECIFICALLY STATED I HAD THREE TOILETS FOR REPAIR.AFTER COMPLETED REPAIRS,BILL WAS 100$ MORE THAN QUOTE. THE PROBLEM COULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED AMICABLY IF THE MANAGER WOULD HAVE MADE ANY EFFORT AT AN APOLOGY FOR THE DISCREPANCY OR IN ADMITTING ANY POSSIBILITY OF ERROR ON THE PART OF HIS STAFF.I WAS SPOKEN TO LOUDLY AND RUDELY.I WAS TOLD I WAS TRYING TO 'TAKE THE COMPANY' AND ALTHOUGH I HAD USED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PAST 3 YRS THE MANAGER WOULD NOT ALLOW FOR ANY CONCESSION OR PROVIDE ANY INDICATION THAT THE MISTAKE MAY HAVE BEEN ON THE PART OF HIS STAFF.THE OVERALL EFFECT WAS THAT I WAS A CROOK RATHER THAN A 3 YEAR(PREVIOUSLY) SATISFIED CUSTOMER OF THE COMPANY.
