Ryan Air did an excellent job replacing our heat pump and air handler. Bob and his complete crew took a difficult job and made it happen. We were beyond pleased with the professionalism and speed in getting the job done.

The price was right and I felt it was the best recommendation for my home. The installers were efficient and knowledgeable and answered my questions so I could understand. They cleaned up and except for my new AC unit, you would not have known they were there….I would give them 4 out of 4 stars.

GREAT! Ryan Air is the real deal, they are everything you hope for when you look for a contractor to do major work in your home. The first time I called looking for an estimate and talked to Tina I knew these guys were the ones. Bob the owner is a real pro and spends the extra time to explain what an why they are doing. No pushy sales tactics, no silly black lights, no high pressure services agreements, just hard working guys doing professional work. Passed inspection with ease, very organized and clean work site. Couldn't be happier and will ABSOLUTELY use the again and recommend to friends and neighbors.

The AC company I had a contract with sent someone incompetent to troubleshoot a problem with my AC blowing hot air. After feuding with them, because they insisted the problem was mine and not theirs, I was forced to find another company to fix the problem. I called Ryan Air who sent someone the next day. While the tech was performing the leak search, the owner showed up to bring Freon, as the tech had used all his before coming to my home. The two of them found the leak, repaired it and filled the system with nitrogen (cheaper than Freon) just to make sure there was no other leak. Two days later, they returned, released the nitrogen and filled my system with Freon. It's been working fine ever since. They recommended some additional work, but I'm on a budget so it will have to wait for the time being. Very nice people. Would gladly call them again.

Family owned business. From the initial call, the lady that answered was a delight to talk to. The technician (Bob) was a pro. After the job, we talked and I found out the lady that answered the phone is his mother. I am a retired carpenter with 44 years in the construction field and it makes me feel proud there are people like this still around.

HE IS HONEST. HE WON'T TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED A NEW UNIT IF YOU DODN'T. HE IS AN EXCELLENT REPAIRMAN.

The company is always very nice when I call. Anytime there is a problem the longest I ever had to wait for someone to come out and look at and/or fix was less than 24 hours. This is a wonderful company!!
