Description of Work: I asked Scott to come out to give me a bid on a job. He did so in a very professional and enthusiastic manner. During this time I had a neighbor who knew someone who did this type of work on the side so I decided to go in a different direction and did not use Scott. Scott actually came out a 2nd time to give me another bid and I messed up again and ended up making a decision on the job before Scott got here. I explained the situation to him and he was absolutely understanding and his demeanor was very gracious. If I ever did need his expertise, I would certainly go to him FIRST and hire him to do the job(s) as it turned out my previous decisions were not very good ones. Keep up the good work Scott!
