The AC/Heat are working fine, Scott did all that he said he was going to do and was very puntual. We will use him agian when needed.

I had received other estimates but his was the lowest and for better equipment, plus previous dealings with him as well as recommendations from friends sealed the deal for me. Now I know why he came so highly recommended. The he installed system is unbelievable! We had been gone for several days to come home to our air conditioning unit not working. Call made and he came - 7:00pm. Knew immediatly what was going on, replaced part and had it working within a short time. Very professional and we felt the price was excellent as it was "after hours".

When I called Scott Ross to make an appointment for the estimate, he set a date with me to come to look at what we wanted done. He arrived on time (10AM) and introduced himself upon doing so. I showed him around and he then did a thorough inspection of the attic and the air conditioning system. During his inspection, Scott found that the fan in the main unit needed to be turned to high and he made that correction. He also changed out our filter at the unit because what we had in there was restricting air flow. He found a duct that was not attached to a boot, which was blowing conditioned air into the attic, and attached that as well. There was no charge for any of these items. Scott said he needed to figure the pricing based on the measurements he took and would return to my home with a written proposal later that day. By 4PM, Scott returned after a call ahead to let me know he was stopping by. He supplied me with a proposal on his company letterhead, very neat and very professional. I thought the price was fantastic but I was already sold on the polite and courteous way I was treated by Scott, as well as the thorough inspection that was done with some minor adjustments being made at no charge. Since my husband was not home at the time of his visit, he called Scott with some questions. His questions were answered and some extra work was added to the proposal. The next day when Scott pulled into our driveway, knowing we have an 11-month old daughter, he called from the driveway rather than ring the doorbell in case our daughter was napping. VERY impressive! Very attentive to detail!! I signed the proposal that night and called to get on his schedule. Work was scheduled to start Thursday morning and Scott said he would arrive by 7:30AM. He pulled up right on time and got going with the work. You would almost never know that someone was dismantling a metal duct system in our attic, as there was minimal noise. Scott said there may be a chance that we would not have A/C overnight depending on how things went but he worked so earnestly throughout the day that the cool air was back on by 4PM. He returned on Friday morning to finish up the duct work going to the master bedroom. All work was 100% complete by 1PM that day. New cuts needed to be made into the ceiling but I found not a fleck of dust when all was finished. The driveway was also swept spotlessly clean. Mr Scott Ross has made a lifetime customer out of me! I would recommend him to family, friends and neighbors...a job VERY WELL DONE! From the initial contact to the clean up at the end, great follow through on all promises, courteous and professional, I happily put a check in Scott's hand when he left!! A+ all the way!!!
