 + 0 moreFrom start to finish, the process was flawless. We started by visiting CWC Store telling them what we wanted for our Front Door. Donny Sparks, owner, helped us through the process, he is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He found us the style of door we wanted with hurricane impact glass when other providers did not bother, other providers just told us it was not available. The cost of our door with installation was very reasonable. Our door was ordered and within weeks arrived and was installed by CWC's professional installers. CWC took care of the building permit and arranged for our final building inspection. Then entire process was professional and flawless. We could not be happier with the process and the door is beautiful. CWC Windows and Doors will be the company we go to with all our window and door needs.
Description of Work: Provided professional consulting, ordering and installation of a Fiberglass French Door with Hurricane Impact Glass for our Front Door.

 + 0 moreI was replacing all the windows and 2 doors in my Florida vacation home. Even though I was managing the job remotely, CWC was responsive, professional and most of all did not have any surprises. The installation of the windows was done on time and with extraordinary attention to detail. Although they were the highest of my 4 quotes, I still believe I received a good value for my money. I would absolutely use them again.
Description of Work: CWC WIndows replaced 9 windows with impact resistant windows and 2 outside doors.

They ordered the windows, delivered them and we had them installed by someone else. Jim is top notch and since we live out of state it was even more comforting for him to keep us informed of the progress. We love our new windows!!

 + -1 moreIt was an unusual situation due to the problems with Pella being constrained from coming to inspect and/or make a repair. CWC was very understanding, and informative of what might be the source of the leak and how I might prevent a further leak; but that it could be very difficult to repair the window as is was not a brand they work with. (Pella apparently does all their own work.)
Description of Work: In April '13 a 4 day long heavy rain and wind storm resulted in wet carpet due to a leaking window. I called the window manufacturer, Pella, to get it repaired and was informed that model was under a class action suit for leakage and that I would have to contact the law firm handling the suit. I did that and got little immediate practical help. I then called CWC for help. They soon came to inspect and to see if they could suggest repairs. With obvious knowledgable insight, gave suggestions, but indicated that they did not handle Pella and therefore did not have knowledge of what specifically was wrong. So, I said I'd go back to Pella to see what I could get done. CWC offered to come back if I required help sealing it up until a proper repair or replacement could be arranged. Being a snow bird and in a rush to get it sealed, I did not use them, but did the work as best I could before leaving. No charges by CWC. I had them come back to provide an estimate for three replacement windows.

hurricane shutters
 + -1 moreHe made 15 shutters for my whole house and I went with them for the price. I am not sure if I would use them again. They did ok but its a new company and I think with time they will do great. They were good , the workers were great and they were fast. They left some to be desired when it came to clean up and he wasnt used to doing some of the paper work and forgot to take pictures. I think with some time they will get better.
