They were excellent! I've used them for many years for any number of projects. They're prompt and responded to the customer right away. Reasonable price.

They kept coming back and fixing everything. I finally told them to go ahead and replace everything up to the fixtures. They came in the next day and replumbed the whole place. Great work!

Shawn did great and he understood my frustration while he did make the best of the situation and his work is great i cant wait around again for hours and hope someone shows

Serviceman from Coleman was GREAT! He knew what he was doing and had the job done quickly. He showed me exactly what he had done, where the shut off's are and was very professional.

Mr. Coleman is very consciousness in dealing with his customers. We had them check for water leaks at my daughter's house and we paid the bill by check. Mr. Coleman returned the check. So it was a free inspection.

After two runs, I think he fixed it. It's working so far. This repair saved me $600! It wound up being a little higher than I was quoted, and I'd already paid GE $89 for an incorrect assessment.

James called us the morning of service and asked us if he could come early which was AOK with us. He arrived and had everything done in an hour. He worked without stopping and gave me a run down on disposal directions in the end and then went back for one final check of each thing on the list that he repaired. The garage sink turned out to be something very minor and he had it tightened in two minutes. He was punctual and friendly, but got right to work. I was very pleased with the price and his attentiveness and would most definitely use Coleman Plumbing again.

Got up in morning to find water spewing from pipe where hose was outside. Had been spewing all night. The repair man was here within a half hour of call. Couldn't find meter and called City to come show him then he had to dig to get to it to turn off water to house. He had stopped the spewing water already. Then he repaired and replaced the outside hose nozzle raising it for me at my request to avoid having to put hand in bushes to turn on hose. Took him about 45 minutes to do all this. He was very professional and personable. I have used this company before and will definitely use them in future. They are reasonable on pricing and experienced . They have been in this area for many years. You won't be disappointed.

I have used this company before in an emergency situation. When my leak developed in the shower I didn't hesitate to call them again. They were prompt and courteous and their pricing was very fair.

They were good, efficient and on time. They did the job real good. They have to come back and they came back and didn't charge us anything. Their price was fair, it was in line with other plumbers.

The plumber, Bryan I believe his name is, surveyed the area, deciding how best to access the interior pipe that was the source of the leak. Leaks of pipes on the insides of walls or ceilings are difficult to access, and he looked for a way to get at the pipe by removing as little of the(wood)ceiling or wall panel as possible. He ended up removing one wood panel near the wetness area of the ceiling and could see the pipe that was the source of the problem. He repaired the pipe, and reinserted the wood panel back onto the bathroom ceiling in such a way as I can barely notice it had been disturbed at all. I am very happy with Coleman and would readily hire them to do plumbing work again. Given the difficulty of the problem, I think the price was very fair. This is a very good company.

They did a great job and I give them an A for everything. Everything about them is perfect.

Repair man was prompt, knowledgeable and dindn't dawdle. He assessed my problems and worked on fixing the sink without having to use the snake which would cost me more money but was unable to clear it so had the extra charge of $45. A service call is $80.00 I am satisfied he did all he could before using the snake. This is a good company and I will use them again.

Shawn was very professional and knew exactly how to handle the problem. He power snaked the drain from the plumbing stack on the roof - the drain is running smoothly and without further problems. While he was here, I asked about water flow to the master bath. He said there was no problem with the water pressure itself so he removed and replaced the aerator on the sink faucet and cleaned out the showerhead connection. This greatly improved water flow. He also located our water main, as an addition was built on the house before we bought it and the main was covered over by a patio. He used dowsing rods to locate the line. I was very impressed with Shawn's courteous manner and knowledgeable service...would definitely recommend and would definitely use Coleman again!

WHEN I CALLED I SPOKE TO THE OWNER WHO WAS VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING AND SENT A TECH WITH A NEW CAP WHICH HE GAVE TO ME AND PUT ON FOR FREE AS WELL AS HANDING ME A CHECK FOR MY $72 REFUND. NO ONE IS RIGHT EVERY TIME AND SINCE THE COMPANY MADE GOOD I AM SATISFIED AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN. WHILE I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT THE TECH LEFT WITHOUT SOLVING THE PROBLEM I WAS OVERWHELMED THAT THE OWNER REFUNDED THE MONEY AND GAVE ME A FREE CAP. I NEVER DREAMED THAT WOULD HAPPEN. HE SAID HE HAS LIVED HERE ALL HIS LIFE AND WANTS HIS CUSTOMERS TO BE HAPPY. I'D SUGGEST IF YOU CALL THEM AND YOUR PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED CALL AND ASK TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER AND HE WILL FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON. THEY ARE A REPUTABLE FAMILY OWNED COMPANY.
