Since I was going to install the tile myself, Bob was very generous in offering his advice on how to make my project go smoothly. The tile arrived in a timely manner and with minimal lose in shipping.

Joe, the contractor did an excellent job. He replaced 8 tiles, cutting and spacing them perfectly. It was supposed to be a two hour job but he took his time and spent 5 hours and did it right because it was all cut up and bumped up against the bathroom tile floor of an entirely different type. It was dark and getting cold before he left. Gave him a cup of coffee, 7 sugars and he happily finished the job. He did say we may need to replace all the tile floors within the year because the builders used inferior product and it had all dried up under the tiles. So we will save up and contact him when we need new flooring.

We need to renovate our Master shower, and after some research decided we wanted to have the Kerdi system for worry-free waterproofing. After getting several estimates, the installer from All About Floors (Roy) was the only one in the area who knew this process well enough to earn our confidence. He and the folks at the shop steered us toward the right tile selection and our shower was rebuilt beautifully to our specifications. Roy was very pleasant to work with in the design process and throughout. He also provided references for past work and put us in touch with some other contractors for the plumbing, glass work, etc. The project was done on time and we're very pleased with the results.

I needed to order tile to match tile already in our bathroom. I went to All About Floors and More and even though Robert (the Owner) did not carry this brand of tile he was more than happy to order it for me. He even stored the tile in his warehouse until the installer picked it up to deliver it to my house. Rob was very informative and pleasant to deal with. I will try to do more business with him in the future for my tile needs.
