Description of Work: Outstanding tech came out. Extremely thorough. Explained fully why and how the A/C works the way it does (east coast versus west coast), length of time system should last. We asked many questions since we had no idea about the A/C history and absolutely pleased with tech and company. Very thorough job done

Description of Work: They do my annual check-up on my heater and my air conditioner. They have also done some repairs on the air conditioner. They came in and they found things another company had missed. They showed me where wires had been cut and spliced. He re-wired everything and did absolute wonderful job! I would recommend them highly! It was very reasonably priced.

Description of Work: I have used this company seperately at 2 properties in Port Orange and Daytona Beach respectively. I have signed a maintenance agreement in respect of our main residence. The visit involved a service of 2 units and a replacement digital thermostat. (Total Cost including maintenance agreement $265) I had a one off tune up and service of 2 AC units at our other property.(Cost $37.90). The Company was very responsive and I consider I got excellent value for money. The technician was also very helpful and showed me how to use the A/C, where the air filter was and advised me on how to clean it. I will definitely use this company in future in respect of all my A/C needs and have already recommended them to a neighbour.
