STEVE WEBB'S NURSERY & LANDSCP

I set up an appt with Mike in their facility on Wed 5/22 for Steve to meet with us on 5/24 @10:00. At that time we gave Mike the property address and directions. We told him this is a rental property and it would take us 5 min to get there from our residence. We left for the rental at 9:50. We waited until 10:22, and Steve had not shown. We left. When we got home, Steve had left a message @ 10:17, saying that Mike had not given him directions. I called, and he said, Mike gave him the wrong address and he had been at another job. I told him we left our house @ 9:50 and it seemed that he should have known he was going to be late 10 min before he was to meet with us. He said he called and left a message. That he did @ 10:17. We were already at the rental, waiting. He was not very professional during our conversation and did not even apologize or try to set up another appt. Business people who do not have respect for their prospective clients' time will not be getting my business.

They were very prompt, interactive and upbeat! They came when they said they would and did what they said they would. There was no discussion about anything not being properly done and they were great to have around! I highly recommend them!
