Stephen was very attentive to details and the specs (loosely defined) we gave him for building the full wall set of cabinets ad shelving. He was thorough in the design working with us all the way (in 3 increments) from paper design to unfinished work, to 1st coat and finally the finished product. In doing so we were able to make all the adjustments necessary to complete the work according to our ideas. He asked all the right questions as to how each area of the finished product would be used and recommended designs that fit those needs. Payment was in thirds: get started; pre-finished but built and finally delivery (the cabinets came in 5 sections and were assembled together in our home. We have had neighbors come by and view his work. Each neighbor has contacted him for their own needs. Stephen listens, designs and finishes on time, on budget (which was a great deal less than Lowes price estimated by other contractors) and takes GREAT pride in what he does. He loves his craft and it shows. I would recommend Stephen to anyone needing custom furniture, custom cabinets, antique restoration or any other element of woodwork needed.

Everything was excellent. The bench came out beautiful as did my kitchen. I've had quite a few friends use him since and they've both had great experiences.
