We moved out of a renta that wasl rented to us by Riverland Realty in Dunnellon, FL. We cleaned the house shampoing carpets, cleaning appliances inside and out and my wife even sanitized the counter tops and door knobs. Riverland kept $200. of our deposit they said to have the house professionally cleaned. They said by law they must clean the carpets before they can rent the house again, even though the house was going up for sale and not to be rented again. They were very rude. Our advise to anyone renting is not to use Riverland Realty. Mike Barnes
