+ -1 moreHe drove past my house and said that, based on the size and condition of the yard, he wouldn't be able to do it unless I paid a higher price than what I had paid for a previous company to do it. He said that he'd have to go over the yard several times to take care of the needles. I understand that there are a lot of pinecones and pine needles and that it is a large property, but the longer it goes without service, the worse it will get. Doing the estimate from his car as he drove past doesn't seem like an accurate method for providing that price. I would have liked a more detailed estimate and a quicker response.
Description of Work: I called him for an estimate for cleaning up my lawn and trimming the grass. My yard is about 2 1/2 acres, with a lot of pine trees, which drop pinecones.

+ -1 moreThey are very good. They keep a good eye out on my lawn and will cut it only if it needs to be cut. It's a lawn that can not be cut too short and they respect that. If it is a rainy season they will come out more. They do a good job. I would speak highly of them.

Description of Work: We use him for our lawn and yard work and he also does other things around our home. He is our regular lawn man for the past 8 years or so.
