I used Art for my Church, replacing Air conditioning system and now at my rentals today. He does give a superb job with quality units. He does not use Goodman, which is a crap machine. He is honest and can be trusted.

In my opinion and two different air conditioning professionals he damaged my air conditioner and air handler beyond repair and doesn't know what he is doing. My electric bill went up 400 kilowatts for the last four months. I needed my air handler box and shelf repaired. He cut off the TXV saying I didn't need that. My air handler then went from 13 sear down to 8 sear. Didn't vacuum out the system after changing the compressor and added a dryer filter. He couldn't believe there wasn't one on the system. There was one on the inside across from the compressor . Now it was doubled up so the system had to work harder. He said the compressor had to be changed since the last service guy put in Nitrogen instead of feron. He let it escape into the air and was smelling it and said it didn't smell right. . He told me I needed a new fan motor later. The whole outside unit could have been replaced under warranty. I don't know where he got the parts since he refused to got to the warranty dealer. $1200.00. I called him about the fan motor replacement. He came out few days later on 10-10-17 to replace the fan motor. He replaced with an aftermarket motor and left the wires exposed to rain. $150.00. He told me in May it was only going to be $75.00. Two weeks later after noticing the units were cutting on and off all of the time. The unit outside froze up and at 2:30 a.m. on a Sunday I woke to the heat on and a burning smell. He came out at 10:30 a.m. and told me that the wires were fried. $40.00. The unit froze up again after he left. The next day he came out and put in the wrong feron and told me to buy a new air conditioning system. He couldn't do any more. I had to keep the air conditioner breakers off for the next two weeks because I was in fear of my house catching on fire until I bought a new whole house system from somebody else. $5650.00.

Art came out to my house after hours as soon as I called him. I had no air. Came back when it went out again. He had to take out the unit in the garage and redo the shelf under it. Lent me a window air conditioner have my bedroom over the weekend.

Excellent. Called Art at @ 0730 explaining the issue. He walked us thru some evaluation points which might prevent a service call. In the end of the evaluation, we determined his skill was needed. He said he could be here at 0900 and he was. He determined that the air handler fan motor was not coming on and that it would need replacement. He said that the unit was under warranty but he was not an authorized Lennox warranty person and we would be saving in the long run by calling All-weather A/C - a Lennox dealer and warranty service center. We did & the replacement part was about $400 - it was covered by Lennox. We were very pleased with Art and will definitely call him in the future for annual maintenance and emergencies. If you are in need of straight talking a/c person, you should give him a call.

He is a rare breed of a person!!! He came out within the hour and took care of the problem in less then 30 minutes!!! I will be only using him!!!!

The service was fast and the gentleman who arrived on time to do the job was professional and courteous. I was given a fair price, quality work, and customer service. Even cleaning up the work area completely! I wish everyone still did business this way!

I work in real estate and refer Art to any and everyone with air conditioning issues including clients.

Art was very nice and explained that my units were costly to repair. He informed me that it would be better to invest in a new/used central unit and to replace the outdated window unit. Art also told me that when/if I find a used unit he could inspect it for me. I was very satisfied with his service.

Art was awesome. Super friendly, knowledgable, prompt, and professional! He's the only person I will use for my AC needs!

The installation took about 6 hours. after removing my inside machine, it was discovered that the duct work was in terrible condition. Art took the time to remove all the damaged leaking duct work and replace it with new stuff. i love my new thermostat. i am happy and refer him to everyone i can.
