MIDDLETON LAWN & PEST CONTROL

They are reliable. I never have any problem with the lawn after they started servicing it. I had problem with my previous provider. I am very satisfied with this company. The price is a bit high. They are very professional.

In September 2007, I received a call from my lawn mower guy - my lawn was dying. I flew to my Florida home from Colorado - my lawn, front, back, sides had turned brown and was dead in a matter of days. Middleton blamed this issue on "bad herbicide" (not, as I suspect, misapplication) and replaced a few parts of my lawn. They told me that the lawn would "melt" into existing lawn. Instead, it did not; my lawn was uneven, could not be mowed, was infested with bugs (animals digging nightly for grubs in my front yard) continued to turn brown despite good water, and generally looked like he**. I had to threaten lawsuits to get them to do anything; they replaced the rest of the front of the lawn, but not the sides and back that they had damaged, after 5 months of wrangling. And then, they did not meet their target dates or keep their promises. Now I have a decent front lawn, but the side and the back still look like he**. On April 28, a service technician arrived from Middleton to apply treatment. I informed the young man that I thought this was the last treatment I had payed in advance for - but lets check. He cell phoned his contact, and indeed, this was the last paid for treatment. He was in and out in 10 minutes. A few days later, I canceled Middleton, but phone cancellation was insufficient - I had to go on their web site as well! Now, to ad insult to insult to insult to insult to injury, they have had the nerve to bill me for their services - services which I have already paid for, which I verified was paid for. I will happily provide photos to anyone who wants them, showing what they did to me. If you want a tour of my lawn, contact me, and we can arrange it. However, if you contract with these guys, you can kiss your landscaping goodbye in my opinion, and I can prove what I say! My neighbors are also witnesses to this entire process.
