Had leak in HVAC evaporator coil, got 2nd opinion re repair vs replace, quotes for new unit from McCutcheon and 2 other companies. Went with McCutcheon as fully HVAC certified, experienced, knowledgeable, willing to answer questions/explain, dealer for Amana, a little less $ for new unit than others, They are a smaller family type company, with personalized service. Jason (owner) discussed my options, gave me quotes for products I was interested in. They let me contact them, no high-pressure sales. Lisa (secretary, co. principle, Jason's wife) professional, efficient, knowledgeable and responsive. She also did all the minutiae such as scheduling post-install inspection, obtaining extended warranties, etc.! Day of install went smoothly due to the expertise of Frank, Jeff, & Wyatt. Post-install visit done by Tre to assure all well, and he adjusted variable fan speed settings to my comfort level. BTW, County Inspector says she has NEVER seen an incorrect install done by or had complaints about McCutcheon!

Polite, professional, helpful and explained things to us. Each person that has come has been very very nice. I will continue to recommend them to my neighbors.

Jason Lynn, the owner, came out and changed out my thermostat….His office responded immediately - he was out within 24 hours and he was absolutely WONDERFUL! Super professional, and even more impressive, super caring!!! I was SO impressed - I got the recommendation to use him from one of my best friends - and he replaced her ENTIRE Heating and Air system and gave her an outstanding price, and there were absolutely no issues in that job!!

Called and spoke to Jason. He offered to come right out and take a look at my A/C unit. I had just purchased the house and was concerned because the house was 21 years old and did not know the condition. He examined and said the A/C is old but is in very good working condition. I appreciated that because he did not try to get me to buy another one. He also gave me some print on replacement units for my review for the future. I had the old unit serviced and then decided to call him back. I had made the decision to replace the old unit as a preventative measure. The team came to my home on the date/time given and preformed the replacement efficiently. The did a very clean job and the new unit is wonderful. Note: when i got my first electric bill after the install I could not beleive my bill went down by 40 percent! Amazing the difference in an energy efficeint unit vs. and old unit. BIGGER NOTE: My electric went down during a storm and then came back up. It was at 9PM one evening and I took a chance to call Jason to see if there was anything I needed to do. I expected to get a voice mail recording but he picked up and spoke with me at that hour. I cannot tell you what a great company this is. I have had one of the best experiences working with them and will use them for all my servicing. NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT THIS COMPANY. VERY DEPENDABLE AND RELIABLE. A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Everything went well - price was excellent. Called 2x - did not get a response. After I talked with someone they were to call back to schedule but did not so I called again. I requested additional service from them and were suppose next day with a quote and estimated time to do the work - no call. They were recommended from another vendor. Going to stick it out because I have a good feeling about their work -- just not about their responsiveness. Maybe this review will give them some incentive to care when customers come to their WANTING their business.
