The first service person Dave, put in freon because it needed so little he would not charge me and stated " I will catch this little bit on the next customer", and when he took off the freon there was a louder than usual gas release and my air conditioner quit blowing air. Dave found what was wrong and because I had an older air conditioner he would "just wire around it". Today's visit with a service man that I could not read his name it looked like BLS looked over the air conditioner and also stated it was old. He decided there had to be a freon leak and I told him, I did not have one before and told him what happened with the freon with Dave. BLS did the electronic check and no freon leak where he thought it would be. He then determined the service valves were leaking the freon. I told him again, that there was no leak until the 5/31/13 visit. He advised me it is old machine. He wanted to charge me $185 to "maybe" fix by adding freon (about 2 lbs) and put caps on the service valves. I told him that I was not going to pay for him to fix what the company service man had broke. He then wrote up a service order with the results and wanted me to sign under where it said I agreed to the work. I did write refused over my signature and let him go on.

I use them in a regular basis. We have a service contract with them. They come and they check on it. They are very efficient, very pleasant and personable. I would definitely recommend them. They are prompt, responsible, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I have no complaints with them.
