+ -1 moreJim and his assistant were both friendly and did a good job fixing the pluming issue under the kitchen sink, he made sure the pipe he installed, as well as the double shut off valve worked. I would use him again for future plumbing needs.
Description of Work: leaking pipe and setup of a second line. He added a pipe extension, and a double shut off valve and also hooked up the waterline tot eh refrigerator.

+ 0 moreI called him to repair a water softer system he had just installed in a rental house I had just bought so I called him on 6 separate occasions to come out and look at it. Still nothing. I had a friend call today to leave a message saying he needed work done and an hour ago he called me and said that Brady had just called. I’m still waiting for my phone call. Why doesn’t he return my call? Because he’s done work for us in the past that had to be redone. Installed a few sinks for us without using a P trap. Of course we found out when the building started smelling like a sewer. There are way better plumbers out there. Pass on this one. You’ll be glad. BTW. The system he installed in my rental house is the EXACT system he installed in my gainesville house that hasn’t worked in 5 years. Has no pride in workmanship.
Description of Work: He never called me back even though I called him and left messages for him 4 days in a row.

Jim Brady Plumbing Inc offers the following services: We repair or replace faucets, toilets, tubs, showers, hose bibbs, garbage disposals, tankless and traditional tank style water heaters. We sell, service and install water softeners, conditioners, iron filters and drinking water systems. We also replace well pumps, both submersible and above ground.
We do not install any owner supplied water softeners, filters or conditioners. We also prefer to install only plumbing products and fixtures that we have supplied. We will install owner supplied fixtures, however our warranty would only cover labor, and some people don't realize that while some products I supply may cost a little more, the quality is superior to those products sold in the home centers - even on the exact same product. Also, we do not drill wells or pump septic tanks. (Sorry!)
