Description of Work: Blocks If you are looking to get a pool installed do not use Kevin Hudson Pools. We entered an agreement with him in April of 2015 he assured us that it would only take 6-8 weeks, and we would have a beautiful pool hassle free. 6 weeks came and went I called him and ask what was going on he said “well I just started 4 pools so when these are finished I will start on yours”. The end of June he shows up and digs the hole. In July they do the framing of the pool and a few days later they show up to spray the concrete, where they pull onto my front lawn and sink the truck into the lawn causing a big hole which results in killing off the grass. To add to this they killed off about 5-6 other spots all the way to the back yard where they left water down concrete. When I confronted him he said it was not his responsibility to fix the grass but he would pick up the concrete, 6 months later still in the grass. [continued below].... Report Attachments: ..... Also on day one of the dig he showed up with an old trailer that he parked on the side off house on the lawn this to killed the lawn which he refused to are care of. Anyway a couple of days after parking his trailer once lawn our HOA came calling telling me to move the trailer, so I called him again telling him that the neighbors had complained to the HOA and now he has to move it, he said that it would remain until he was finished. So anyway the trailer set so long that the tires went flat and the sad part of all of it he never used it. He just needs a place to park it so he takes it from job to job. Well this brings us to the point where he sends his brother in law over to work on a block wall that is to go around the pool so I ask the worker after a few days if he is a mason, of course he tells me no. I ask that because the blocks were uneven. So I call Kevin again telling him that the wall will never stay up and in a year or 2 it will be cracking and or falling over. His reply was “it just has to pass inspection it does not have to look good”. Needless to say inspection did not pass. As a result the brother in law quit. Kevin calls and informs me that I am being to negative about the job and he does not want to finish the job. 5 weeks go by and nothing from him. So I then I get this call say he wants to come back and finish what he started. I say that's fine but we need to set down and talk when he come over, he say fine see you tomorrow 9am, next day comes 9:30 I get an email that he decided not to come that he is just to negative because I'm to negative about the job. A couple more weeks go by, then out of the blue he shows with a new guy say inspection is scheduled for tomorrow they work on block wall to get it to pass. He say I will have it done in 3 weeks. Well 2 more months go by still not done. Then his electric guy and screen guy both delay things because Kevin did it to them. Also through all this our yard became a dumping ground for everything they eat or drink, plus everything else went into the pool itself. Over 6 months later we just past our final inspection, pool looks like crap. I will be having another company coming in and redoing the deck and cantilever as he totally screwed it up. This man will lie and tell you everything you want to hear to get the job then not deliver. Please save yourself the aggravation and hire someone different. Th
