We've used them and they're really good. They came out and took care of it real fast. They came out and took out the problem. We were happy with them. They helped us out. They're really informative. I would recommend them. It was a common problem so I'm not sure how much they charge. I couldn't be happier with a company like that. I'm going to use them again.

UPDATED RESPONSE FROM HOMEOWNER I have updated my rating, as the owner of the company contatcted me by letter and refunded my service fee with a check. I returned his check back to him (but appreciated the offer) saying it was never about the money, but rather the way he handled the situation, refusing to come back and even discuss what I needed to do next after the system quit again. Company just needs to work on being more sympathetic to their customers and their needs. NEVER refuse to come back or discontinue dialogue with a customer, no matter how problematic you feel their system may be. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I Called them back for service because the unit quit blowing cold air again. Said they "don't want to be MARRIED to my system! WHAT !!? Then get out of the service business. I would have bought a brand new system from them, except they told me they were NOT coming back (after ONE service call? - which I glady paid for) Told us they had other regular customers, didn't need my job. I DON'T GET IT ..... Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and treatment of what could have been a new customer.

Spoke with the company and described the problem. Explained over the phone what was going on with the unit and said he could save us the cost of a service call because it was a normal ocurrance. Someone else could have easily come out and charged for a service call. I have some other work that has to be done on another property, and I will call them to do the work.
