When the tile guy was delayed a week, Bob said "No problem, we will just paint the first coat, wait for the tile guys to do their work and come back and put the second coat on when they are done". Halfway through the job, I decided to discard 36 feet of slider doors between the house and lanai and replace them with french doors

Description of Work: Father and son [who are both very personable] painted the entire interior of our home, including walls, ceilings and trim. They also painted four accent walls. We are very pleased with the work done by the Pattersons. They were also helpful [and very patient] with the color selection. I'd had some bad experiences in selecting colors before, so I was very nervous. But while careful not to direct me one way or another, they answered all my questions and helped me by providing samples both on cards and in small cans of the paint I wanted to try for the accent walls. In the bathrooms, they painted the lower third one color and the upper two thirds another so that I could put wall paper borders along the line. It really looks great! Some of the paint didn't adhere well in a few places on the trim, but Bob returned to do touchup after the carpet installers had finished their work. He didn't charge for his touchup; that was included in the original price. We did pay him an extra $75 [he asked for $50 but we wanted to give him more since he took such time going back over everything] to paint the baseboard that was left bare after the carpeting was removed in the dining area and replaced with vinyl tile, leaving a bottom line unpainted below where they had painted the week before. The outside doors, including the garage door, were also painted. I made a poor choice of color and paid an additional $40 for another gallon of paint that was a better color. They also filled small holes in the trim inside the house and even sanded a bathroom shelf that was a little rough on the edges. We also hired Bob to pressure wash the exterior of our aluminum siding house, our PVC white fence on both sides and our walks and patio areas for an additional $250. I didn't include that in the price listed since that was a separate process. So the price listed above, $1850, was for the painting, plus the $250 for pressure washing and the additional $40 to replace one gallon of paint.

Description of Work: Robert and his son Todd arrived promptly at 2 PM as agreed. They matched the paint exactly to our new Quilt and drapes in the Master Suite.. Offered some good tips on woodwork trim. We are quite fussy, since we collect Fine Original Art some for sale and needed to change the color to highlight the paintings. They finished the job by 9:30 PM, putting all the furniture back in its place. Superb value and Superb Workmanship. The room is 23' X 14' plus a long hallway and French Doors leading out to the pool.. Will be hiring them again for future painting.

Application of 2 coats of Behr Premium Plus Ultra paint - walls, soffits, gutters and all exterior doors. Also patched cracks and painted interior walls and doors of garage. Also replaced surfaces in all exterior screens.
