Peter, the company owner is the person who does the work along with his helper. He completely removed my AC, air handler, and other materials; he rebuilt the area for the new air handler, and installed a new, larger AC system to replace the one that was no longer working. He came when I needed him because the old unit was causing water to collect in the air handling chamber and I was having to remove it daily with a power shop vac. I continue to use this company for maintenance and service. I think they are outstanding.

We woke up in the morning and realized out A/C was not working properly as the house was four degrees hotter than it should have been. It was late July with exceptionally hot and humid days (of course!). I called Coast to Coast at 07:30am expecting to leave a message on an answering machine. Instead, a real human answered (I did not get the name). He was already on another job and asked for my information. He said he had a technician, Kurt, on a job nearby and Kurt would arrive ay my house at approximately 10:30am. He said Kurt would call first. A little after 9:00am, Kurt called and said he would arrive in about 15 minutes. He arrived at 9:20 am and immediately went to work to diagnose the problem. He found the problem, a bad capacitor very quickly and replaced it. He also ran a full system diagnostic and informed me of the results. The bad capacitor part was covered under warranty. The system diagnostic was included in the service call. By 10:30am my A/C unit was running and the house was cooling down. Kurt was very professional and answered all my questions. I was very please with the promptness and professioanlism of the service and I will definitely call Coast to Coast for my next A/C service.

What a fabulous company to work with! Our A/C went our on a Monday around 3:30PM - it was 98 degrees outside!! We called a couple of local A/C companies on Angie's List, but only one company was available. Kurt came out within 1 hour of my call and did the diagnostic: the terminal leading to the compressor had burned up, melted all the wires, and ruined the compressor. Our unit was old, so we decided to get an entire new system. Kurt talked to us about our A/C wants & needs and took measurements, then communicated with the owner (Peter), who showed up about 1 hour later. On Peter's way over to our house, he checked to see exactly what they had on hand so he could present us with estimates on different models. Peter double checked everything, discussed the various options, wrote estimates on 2 different models and asked if he could start work the next morning at 7:30.AM. Even though he was completely booked, he called customers who didn't have A/C emergencies and rearranged his schedule to accommodate our need. They showed up exactly at 7:30AM the next day and worked straight through till the job was cleaned up and done and left by 2:30PM. The cost was exactly what the estimate said - not a penny more. What a pleasure working with a man/company who treats the customer with respect and honesty and does EXACTLY what was promised - the way things should go, but usually don't! Along with the new unit, Peter gave us 1-year free A/C filters and free maintenance. We look forward to using Coast to Coast for all our future A/C needs and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

Needed someone to do an inspection within a short period of time. They were able to come the following day. The tech arrived on time following a call to say he was on his way. The complete system was thoroughly inspected. Everyone was polite and knowledgeable.Will definately use them in the future.

They installed a new unit within abou half a day and explained the new system thoroughly. I am very pleased with the results.

Pete was very nice and knowledgeable! I called and he quickly accommodated me in his schedule. He got my A/C working by replacing a broken part and made recommendations to help my unit to work more efficiently. I will be calling to schedule the another appointment soon!

Peter, the owner, is knowledgeable, polite, punctual, and professional. The entire service was performed in the course of one day. He arrived at 8am and was finished by 4pm, as promised. The timeline was important to me because a member of my family would be having surgery the following week and this work had to be done as soon as possible. When the job was complete, Peter explained everything to me with regard to the system, including things I should not worry about. My system is running beautifully and I could not be more pleased. I will definitely use this company again for service.

called for emergency air conditioning service at my daughters house who is handicap. Technician was there in 30 minutes and fixed the problem. I was very impressed with the education given and shown to the caregiver on changing filters etc. I will definitely use this business in the future for both my daughters home and my own home. Prompt and punctual. Very professional.

I got bids from 4 contractors and they ranged from $4000 to $8000 for basically the same ton/SEER. Two contractors were large operations that sent out "salesmen" who didn't assess what I needed but spent an hour "pushing" their units. But Peter, the owner of Coast to Coast, came himself. He asked questions about how much I used the air conditioning, what temperature I set my thermostat at, went into the attic and checked ducts, checked my windows, etc. Coast to Coast was not the lowest bid but Peter was the person I had the most confidence in. I was not disappointed. The installation went smoothly and, when I had questions following the installation, he answered them promptly and to my satisfaction.

There was no charge for determination that accumulater was defective (leaking freon). His price to repair was $850.00 to $1000.00 Plus $50 a pound for R22 freon. Since this sytem is old inquired about price to replace with R410A unit. I determinedthat I could buy much cheaper than the price he was quoting. He really wasn't interested in just doing labor, his markup was in sales.

This is the second time we have used this company for our tune-up and cleaning. We are very satisfied with their work. They are friendly and polite on the phone. They are thorough in doing their job. If we have any questions they are able to answer them with no problem. We get a written invoice of what was done, not just a bill. I definitely will use this company again.

Contacted Coast to Coast & talked to "Peter" & gave him an idea of what we wanted for rental home. He called us back quickly, but never showed up at our home to view the system? Business must be really good, for a company to be so disrespectful. Needless to say, I won't consider using him in the future.

Peter came over for a second opinion (at no charge). Discussed several options that were the same as the first service company- only he beat the price and gave us an additional option. He did the service at a lower price and in a very timely, clean manner.

Everything went very well. He even replaced a battery in my smoke detector, not even a part of his job. I will never call anyone else. He's the best.

Who ever was sent on this call did not do what I had known was supposed to be done, such as putting the filter in upside down!

Were given choice of repairing old system or installing new. Very Honest, gave the best and lowest estimate of 6 companies we contacted. Explained in great detail what was to be done. Extremely knowledgeable. Installation crew was very corteous, prompt and very neat and clean. Would highly recommend this company for all AC needs.

He put in all of the filter and he is very clean. He is on time. His prices are very good. We really like him.
