Perfectly.. Excellent service from day 1.. phone answered right away-by person-(not machine). Was told when service man would be there & who.. Right on time..Clean & neat appearance from all technicians...Courteous-pleasant-cleaned up any mess that was made. Highly recommend.. Best service I've had from A/C repair in 23 yrs here.

Called around angies list looking to get someone same day, Peter called back promptly after missing my call and showed up a couple hours later after my explanation of the issue. He also asked me to send him pics of the unit via text message, which to me is great use of technology and efficiency. He did say our a/c unit is almost to the end of its life but since it is still producing cold air said we can do a replacement when we are ready. Peter did not try to force a sale and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. He gave us a short term work around for our issue that we were able to implement ourselves. I look forward to working with him again when the time comes.

Peter and his crew were superb. They were very punctual, courteous, and efficient in their labors to install this unit. They arrived at 8 am as promised and by that afternoon I was enjoying the new Trane system they installed and it was working perfectly. The cost of this unit was very reasonable for the high quality system that was installed. I was very well satisfied with the job that they performed.

Coast to Coast A/C replaced my air conditioner. Work looks excellent and A/C runs great. I would recommend them to anyone for any A/C work.

Thank you DJ for giving us back our AC! He connected the air duct to the master bedroom and didn't charge me anything! We had already had All American Air & Electric of Ocala out on 3 separate occasions (they also installed the unit in our house) and they couldn't find anything wrong. When called due to AC stoped working technician Kurt was very prompt and courteous. Upon evaluation Kurt said could be repaired but due to age and condition of unit not recommended. Kurt took time to explain all options with no pressure. Spoke with Peter the owner about finding the proper system to meet our needs. Peter and install technician DJ arrived on install day very prompt and professional. Very professional, neat and clean through out the whole day. They even checked our duct work to make sure all was okay. Highly recommend this company so glad found them on Angies List. They are NATE certified (North American Technician Excellence). Their prices are very competitive.

First off the service tech was professional and courteous. Couldn't ask for better. Politeness is a lost skill. Tech found several items needing cleaning (tune up) $89 and one failing solenoid $148. I purchased their maintenance agreement $150 as the tech walked me thru all the items my previous HVAC company, maintenance plus, never touched. My air handler had mildew growing in it!! My father is on Oxygen, it's just mind boggling that others take advantage of you. TL;DR I recommend you hire this company and purchase their maintenance agreement.

Things went very well. They told me what was wrong and gave me options on how to fix the problem. So it wasn't like I only had 1 option. Which would be the most expensive option. I hate when a repair person mandates something to be done. And NO options given. When I hear that. I leave and get another opinion or call someone else. I highly recommend this company and they are not pushy people. I hate that.

I woke up to a burning electrical smell coming from the heating/air vents. I was very concerned since with my husband was out of town and it was one of the coldest mornings of this winter. I turned the furnace off and called Coast to Coast. Kurt, the technician, arrived about an hour after I called. This was even earlier than I had been told initially. Kurt was very professional. He explained everything he did including reassuring me that there was no fire hazard. He did advise me that we could use a new unit since it was about 20 yrs old but did not pressure or use scare tactics on me. Instead, he showed me exactly where there were potential problems such as corroded connections. The run capacitor was replaced and the furnace was running again. I would definitely use Coast to Coast again and would recommend them to anyone.

Very well. We discovered our furnace was not working properly in the middle of the night. We called Coast to Coast first thing in the morning and Peter showed up later that morning. We feared we would have to buy a new furnace but Peter was able to do a repair and the furnace has been working fine ever since. He also taught us how this type of furnace works and made a necessary change to the thermostat. He was very professional and very helpful. We would definitely use him and/or this company again.

It went very well. The technician that came was very knowledgeable and impressed me by being a very hard worker. He explained everything he did and made sure I understood. He took the time to answer my questions. Peter worked with me on getting the schedule to work for me as the weather wasn't cooperating and my wife was in the hospital. I am glad I contacted Coast to Coast.

He was knowledgeable, contentious, timely & through. He really was great; excellent in every respect.

I dealt with Peter on the phone and by text as I am 2500 miles+ away from the house. Of course, there was another service call charge for the warranty work, which was reasonable and expected, as he had to remove the parts, order new parts and then come back out and do the install. I feel better knowing that he checked the system thoroughly, knowing now that it is operating at maximum efficiency. I believe him to be an honest and fair contractor and will call on him again when I need an annual service for the unit. Thanks for the good work and highly recommended.
