Coast To Coast has serviced my old air conditioner for many years. When it had to be replaced in June 2024 they did an excellent job. The technicians explained everything as they performed the job. I recommended this company several years ago and I am recommending them again.

really liked this place at one time got a trane unit after a year asked why some home rooms were not cooling as should they said needed new duct hoses they replaced that at 800 dollars year later some rooms were still not cooling I asked agent if it was still under warranty he said should be they arrived at my house guy said Iâ ll have to check with owner and then they wanted another 1300 dollars I said no way we just had a storm 2 days ago my thermostat said low battery I.get this response Hello Mr. Downes, this is Coast to Coastâ s text line. I would advise changing the batteries in your thermostat but unfortunately I canâ t help beyond that. We have a note that the owner had decided to part ways after the ductwork call last year which the lead installer had advised you of. Thank you for your understanding.Will never recommend afain

Coast to Coast has lived up to their reputation, as they were recommended by Angie’s List with a five star rating. From the very beginning Coast to Coast was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Gary was excellent in his presentation of replacing my dying A/C unit, which gave me confidence in my decision. Office follow up was excellent as well as service scheduling. The three man crew showed up five minutes early and began their work. The work was completed with knowledge,care and a desire for quality work. Overall very satisfied with all work, removal and installation of the new equipment. Highly recommend Coast to Coast. They will be my first call for anything A/C.

I canâ t say enough good about this company. I highly recommend this company. All were very professional and very respectable, polite and caring. They were with me every step of the way and made sure that I knew what was going on. The installers who did the work were such wonderful guys, Anthony and Nico. So very polite. They did such an amazing job. They went above and beyond what they were even supposed to do. When the inspector came he was so amazed at what a wonderful job that the two of them did. The inspector even made the statement that you usually donâ t see a job done so well. He made that statement several times. Everything was even neat and clean when they left and they made sure that I knew how to work the new thermostat and even made sure that I knew how to maintain the a/c system and when to change the filters. I am one happy and satisfied customer. I recommend that you give this company a call.

Best A/C install I have seen, they took their time and did a very clean install. Even the county inspector commented on how good it looked.

They were quick to respond and had good quality equipment in stock. Got our AC up and running within a week, right after the hurricane.

The word "superior" is inadequate to describe the extraordinary customer care we received from the owner, his staff, and his technicians, especially Tony and Brian who installed our new 5-ton unit and an expanded duct system over two days. These installers knew exactly what they were doing and went about their work diligently and expeditiously, constantly communicating with the owner Peter who personally came out to engineer the improvements we needed . We had a new Carrier heat pump installed and ducts cleaned. They took pride in their work, paid close attention to detail, were very friendly, answered all my questions, and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable, We were really impressed by the care and concern which they put into this installation and by the quality of their work. We would definitely hire again.
