+ -1 moreAlthough Bill was the listing agent for the property we purchased, he was more helpful than buying agents we had dealt with on previous properties. Being new to the area, he made several suggestions for local services necessary to maintain the property etc. He always followed up on the questions we asked him and never felt any pressure from him to buy. We will definitely use him again and definitely recommend him.
