John did a great job and also repaired the door handle. Saved us a lot of money instead of replacing the glass doors.

I had an emergency with a window that I couldn't put back in the frame prior to hurricane Irma. I called John and he walked me through how to put the window in the frame and lock it for safety ! I am so grateful! He will be coming to fix the window next week after the storm. Thank you so much John!!!

John, the owner, and his helper showed up on time. They had to trim off some marble window sill for the new windows to fit. They moved anything that could be damaged away from the windows. They covered everything in the room with sheets, etc., so they would not get marble dust on them. He did a great job installing and sealing (caulking) the windows. Everything was moved back to its place and they cleaned up so good that you'd never know they were there. I mentioned to him that my storm door was not closing tight, which was because a new door handle was installed some time ago which did not fit that particular door properly. For no charge, he added an L-bracket that he happened to have on his truck to the door frame and adjusted the closer so that it now closes perfectly, and with a tight seal. He didn't have to do it and it only took him a few minutes to do so we were very appreciative. That will cut down the A/C leakage that we had with that door. He left us instructions of what not to do until the county inspectors come to inspect the windows/installation. Our condo association only allows Win-Dor to provide and install windows at our condo. I would definitely recommend him to provide and install windows and doors to anyone.
