Description of Work: Suffice it to say that the quality of the craftsmanship on the PGT windows was not up to my expectations. But all issues in this regard were resolved by PGT. Installation was not of the highest standards with windows needing to be removed and reset,corners of the windows being clipped or broken on insertion, and caulking that I had to replace or modify after the job was done.

Description of Work: Installation of two sets of high impact double glazed windows by the Window Source, 1430 Main Street, Dunedein FL 34698, 727-733-0631. Each set consisted of two single hung windows joined in the center with a vertical mullion bar for a total opening width of 6 feet. The price included the Window Source arranging the permits and inspections by the Pinellas County building department.

+ 1 moreAn outstanding job from start to finish. Craig Stewart is very professional and Fabio in the office is very helpful. The windows came in on time, I was notified on time, and they were installed on time. I also had to coordinate with the people installing a new kitchen, and The Window Source was very accommodating, coordinating the kitchen horizontal sliders to the granite counter installation. The two installers knew exactly what they were doing and were both professional and personable. They installed over two days, taking approximately 9 hours total time. I am very pleased with the windows; the frames are obviously heavy duty and securely fastened to the house per Miami-Dade code, and the casements are aesthetically pleasing to me. I have no doubts that if any problems occur, either accidentally or storm related, The Window Source and PGT will be there for me.
Description of Work: The Window Source replaced one awning window, one sliding glass door, 11 casements and one fixed window with PGT aluminum frame windows with clear single glaze impact glass (WinGuard - large and small impact resistant) and screens. Replaced 2 horizontal roller windows with PGT aluminum frame clear insulated glass.

+ -1 moreJob 1: They are great guys, very polite and professional, they get the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend to any one. I am very pleased with the work they have done. They are installing protection windows on the entire house, you could throw a hammer at them and it would laugh. Job 2: It was a very good experience.
