Work force arrived on the scheduled date and trimmed 6 palm trees.  The cleaned up the area after finished.  I have them do this annually along with all other tree work.

The entire experience, from estimate through job completion was excellent.  They are very professional and prompt, and the quality of their work is exceptional.   Will definitely use their service again.

All went perfectly - had a large crew and a lot of equipment. After they were done my wife asked them to do some small trimmings not in the agreement which they cheerfully did at no charge. Very neat and clean on a very complex job with a lot of cuttings, etc. Also priced at significantly less than other estimate from other vendor.

The man who did the estimate was congenial and knowledgeable..  The written estimate was provided on the spot.  The work crew arrived on time, exactly as planned  -- four men -- and did the job that was specified perfectly.  Our four live oak trees look great now!  The mess that resulted in our yard from the pruning was totally cleaned up.  This company is seriously the real deal.  I cannot think of another thing a homeowner seeking tree pruning could possibly want that this crew could not do with the trees.  I am a person who knows a few things about trees that the average homeowner might not know.  I am pretty picky.  I am totally pleased with the work this company did for me.  My idea is that I will check back with them in three or four year to see if they think my trees need attention again.  I will trust that they know what they are doing.  No reservations about recommending Stevens Tree Services on my part.

Magnificent!  From start to finish, Stevens Tree far surpassed our expectations!  Crew arrived at agreed time and I was greeted immediately.  Crew went to work promptly.  It was such an organized cut-and removal-operation!  Not once did I see any piles of cut shrubbery piling up. The stuff went right out to the chopper immediately.  If a runaway cutting got in the pool it was retrieved and disposed of immediately.   Everyone knew what their job was and they all delivered, no hesitation.  No smoking or standing around.  I was back and forth from the window saying "I can't believe how good this looks!"  (A previous company a few years back made me wary of calling someone out to cut the hedges again. With the previous company there had been lots of smoking, foul language, and men washing off in my pool!) 
When Stevens Tree was done, I went out and took lots of photos to remind me of how great the bushes look after they are cut by Stevens Tree Services.  There were no errant branches on the ground anywhere and my pool was virtually free of any debris.  I will most certainly be calling Stevens Tree Services again when they are needed.

I have used Stevens Tree Service in the past and every time they do a great job, cleanup is spotless and very professional.  The entire staff is so pleasant to deal with, they give you the price upfront, and on time. They may not be the least expensive, but they know what they are doing, and are very dependable.  

Stevens Tree Service exceeded my expectations. I had a prompt and professional call to discuss tree removal, tree trimming and landscaping work to be done at our home. I received a competitive price, had great communication with their office staff to set a scheduled date and the work was performed perfectly. I would say some of the best tree work and attention to detail that I have seen. They sent a crew of 8 that I could communicate with that went over the job to make sure the scope of work was clear and they followed up to make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. I have already referred their company for work and would use them again in the future.

It did not happened at all. It was impossible to make a schedule with this company in reasonable time (3 weeks).
First got a fast response (same day) to trim 4xpalm trees. Service estimate was done same day what made me impression it can be a good service. Since schedule was supposed to be done in two weeks I asked them to wait next two days. After that time "scheduling department" was not able to make service scheduled in next 3 weeks (couple of phone calls). I'm looking for other service now.
   Maybe they have great service for other people,... but my filling is they are pushing potential customers (below $200) to the very end of their line. I cannot wait any more. 

WOW!!! What an incredible company!  EVERY ONE of the staff was super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, hard-working - we could go on and on!  Bob Dickson gave us a quote for tree-trimming for three trees on our property, which is what we called to have done.  While he was here, he also advised us of the potential dangers that leaving the trees in place could cause to our home in the very near future.  He provided us with more than fair quotes to perform the originally requested tree-trimming and to remove the three trees from our property.  We decided to have the trees removed.  Bob handled obtaining the permit from the City and scheduled the tree removal promptly.  He and his crew were at our home when they stated that they would be - actually they were a little early; nothing wrong with that!  His crew is awesome!!! They worked their rear ends off!  They were very friendly and well-groomed guys! They did exactly what he said they would do - cut down the trees, removed the debris, ground down the stumps, and cleaned off the roof of our house.  They even relocated a couple of squirrels' nests from one of the trees being removed!  (Talk about going above and beyond!!) They had two of the three trees down to stumps within two hours!  And let us tell you, they weren't little trees by any stretch of the imagination! (We think the pine tree was over 50 feet tall.)  They cleaned up as they went along and did an incredibly awesome job of removing the three trees and grinding out the stumps.  Our yard looks fantastic!  We would highly recommend Steven's Tree Services to anyone and everyone.  In fact, we already have!  We would definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.   Kudos to the entire staff for a job WELL DONE!!! (Can you tell we are happy with the service they provided?) 

Fantastic. I've been in the home just over a year. This was the second time I've used Stevens. Last year I had them in to clean up a disaster created by a different company. Was so happy with that work I called them again now for further work this year. 
I basically had them pull out all the trees and shrubs in front of the house which were in bad shape to prep for some repairs I need made to the home, and after that we'll be painting and we'll re landscape. They also trimmed four tall palms out back. They are prompt, do great work, and I think very reasonalbe. They showed up both time with 4 trucks, full crew and were done the entire thing in a hour. They clean up, rake out beds that they did stump grinding in... Picked up every twig and used a blower to clean up any sawdust. I could not ask for anything more.

Bob and his crew were fast, efficient, pleasant and punctual.  He has provided us a much larger backyard to landscape and beautify.  They did a great job and we are very happy with the results.  We will recommend Steven's tree service at every opportunity and plan on using them again ourselves in the future.  Provided we are still here after the Mayan Calender prediction for 12-21-12.

Great. We were very pleased with complete job.

They arrived an hour earlier than estimated and worked quickly, with a team of about 6 men.  They did a very good job with the trimming and an excellent job of cleaning up all the debris before leaving.

We were going to use Stevens Tree Service but he did not have any equipment that could reach our Washatonians.  It happened that within a few days of deciding to use them our neighbor had their trees trimmed with a company that had a bucket truck.  The other company's quote came in lower and since they had the equipment, we went with them.

Late one evening, I happened to see that one of my trees was splitting and in danger of falling. I left a message for Stevens early the next morning and received a call back from Bob within 10 minutes. He visited my house within the hour to give me an estimate and told me what I had to do to get a permit. The workers showed up when they were supposed to. The work was completed within the timeframe estimated. They cleaned up the area extremely well. I would most definitely recommend them and would use their services again. Thank you to all who helped.

After getting several estimates that were too high for having our palm trees trimmed - I contacted Steven's Tree Service.  I explained to the lady on the phone that it seemed as though everyone had a $300.00 minimum.  Ken's Tree Service was honest enough to tell me so over the phone without wasting my time.  Of the other two guys that came out, one tried (unsuccessfully) to justify the price and the other just scribbled "300" on the estimate sheet and handed it to me.  :(  So I told her that if it was going to be $300.00 that I would just call Ken's back because they are local to me.  
She couldn't give an estimate over the phone, which I understand, but I didn't have to be here when they sent someone out.  They came in at $240.00 so I went for it.  I am SO GLAD I did!  They scheduled me quickly, called to confirm, showed up when they were supposed to and did the job quickly.  The trees were a mess when Steven's Tree Service arrived after having not been trimmed in over a year.  When those guys were finished the trees looked PERFECT and the yard looked like they were never here.  I still can't believe what a great experience that was!  
I highly recommend Steven's Tree Service!  We will definitely be calling them again for our trimming in the future.

A team of seven men showed up promptly, as agreed, and worked nonstop or hours until the job was complete and clean up was perfect. It was a demanding job due to size of limbs involved and buildings and fencing that required protection from many falling limbs.
teamwork was exceptional and well coordinated. It was impressive. It was a massive job requiring extra equipment ( very large stump grinder). All of the workers were courteous and professional and the Supervisor answered any and all questions I had during the job.

If I could give a higher grade I would. Bob was professional and courteous, and went way above and beyond with customer service. I had 7 trees removed and this company was completely finished in my yard in about an hour. Everything from the estimate to the clean up and follow up was on time, professional, and better than expected. They cleaned up all their mess, they all wore shirts, they protected my windows from debris, and they even swept my patio off (and I don't think it was their dirt!). Bob was kind enough to give me tree replacement advice as well, and even came to check my replacement trees on his own time when his company had nothing to do with them. I wish all service companies were run like this one. They made me VERY happy.
