Noticed the droppings in the attic. Contacted several companies about removal since I wasn't sure if it was rats or squirrels. Katch-A-Kritter handled both and guaranteed their work and had the best price. They were available on Saturday and set traps for the rats and sealed their access point and returned on Sunday and Monday to check and clear traps.

Vergil was AWESOME!!! Super professional, not only on time, but early for every appointment, and came several times over his labor day weekend to help remove the rats daily. No extra charge for the holiday rat removal. Vergil has my highest recommendation possible! Vergil's pricing was also as much as 50% less than other companies quoted for the same rat removal. I had a roofing job done recently and, possibly during this process, some critters moved into my attic. At first, I thought I had squirrels because the scratching sound came mainly in the daytime. I also didn't want to think I had rats. But, whatever it was, it had to go. I called Katch a Kritter and Vern came the next morning. By my description he too thought it was probably a squirrel. Vern set a squirrel trap, a humane type that would catch rather than kill the animal. He also carefully inspected my house and sealed off all possible access points for future critter invasions. That still left whatever was living in my attic. Though I would have preferred a squirrel it turned out to be a rat. Actually, two rats, caught over a three day period. Vern showed up every morning for a week until he was sure the attic was clear, then followed up for another week. Vern provides excellent service and I highly recommend him. If you have creatures in your house, Vern is the man to call!

Virgil located the pest s entry point and made necessary repairs to my home on the first day and totally eliminated the problem by the second day. Their follow-up continued for another week. They were always on time or early and they patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Katch-A-Kritter. They are very professional, efficient and thorough.

Vergil was so nice and accommodating, since we live in Hillsborough County. Our first night out we caught one armadillo. However, it took us the remaining 10 days, to catch two more. It was refreshing to find someone that would humanely release the armadillo's once they were trapped. Hopefully we will never need his service again, but then again, we never say never. We would use Vergil in a heartbeat.

I was very happy with Virgil and Adam. I dare say that my raccoon gave them a run for their money, but not once did they give up. The raccoon ended up having babies and then moving them, but they continued to look and came up with a baby raccon that was left behind. They didn't finish there they also provided me with information on what I can do to prevent a return visit. I would highly recommend this company.

Vergil arrived an hour early! He had called to check that I was home first. He brought a helper and his own ladder for roof and attic entry. Vergil checked out the attic while the helper looked over the roof. They found two possible entry points outside and sealed them up. They charged me only for the service call.

The trappers were very attentive to my needs and removed the squirrels from the premises. I would recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.

Vergil is professional and polite and offered a reasonable price, compared to another estimate I received. He is also very persistent. When no squirrels were caught the first few days, he made some adjustments and set more traps. "We'll get 'em," he said. "I don't give up." These squirrels had been making an obnoxious racket above my bedroom for weeks, and my attempts to evict them had failed, so that's exactly what I wanted to hear. Vergil made at least six visits to the house over the course of two weeks and was very good about returning phone calls.

Their response was excellent. He called the same day and set up appointment right away. They were on time and courteous. They did a thorough inspection over all and explained what they found and what could be done about the problem. They set out traps and came out next day and captured a critter. They then left the traps for a few more days to be sure all was well.

The armadillo never came back so we jointly decided to remove the traps. I was most impressed with how determined and attentive Vergil was. I would call him again for an animal control problem.

Very good. They came right away. They came early in the morning, and the squirrels were out so they sealed it up for us and did a good job as far as we know.

I called after my husband saw a snake in the attic. ''Katch a Kritter'' was at my home only a few hours after I called. Mr. Morgan spent over 30 minutes looking for a snake in a very hot and cramped attic. The snake had gone but he saw evidence of other animals (probably why the snake was there to begin with!) He took my camera and photographed the attic so there was no doubt about his report. While on the roof he saw several openings in the soffitt and showed them to me. They were large enough for a raccoon to go in and out of! He made a second visit to repair several places in the roof and placed barriers to prevent animals from getting in the attic. He was very honest, hard working and professional. If you have any kind of wildlife nuisance, call them-they are great!
