Jose arrived at the appointed time and was able to determine that my refrigerator was in good working order. My problem may have been as simple as dust and cat hair buildup on the condenser coils as well as an empty box with nothing to maintain the temp when the door was opened. I will definitely call on Jose again if I have any future problems with any appliances.

Jose was very through and explained the issue we were having with the washer. His price for the diagnostic visit was very fair. He said as honest and explained that the issue we had needed to be delt with directly through Samsung. I would highly recommend him and his business.
