Integrity Finishes was courteous, friendly, and highly professional to communicate with. They welcomed us to ask all questions we had throughout the project, and all their staff made us feel that our needs were important to them. After the job was done, they sent someone to address a need we had. The work was performed on the time schedule agreed upon, and our 90+ era meeting house now looks attractive and bright. The service we received was excellent.

Crew was very professional, prompt, and experienced. They removed wall paper in one room and restored original finish. We are completely pleased with their work

They were professional, kind, punctual, honest and hard workers. I can't say enough good things about them. I've rarely worked with a company that came when they were supposed to, did what they were supposed to and then went beyond. The outcome was fabulous. The house looks gorgeous; I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I will only use this company; I'll never go to anyone else for a painting job.

This company can only come out on weekdays to provide estimates from 9am - 1pm. We spoke on the phone and set up a time to come out, and then on the same day I had to ask to change it two more times (via phone and email) because my husband had work conflicts. I received a text that said their schedule fills way to quickly to keep changing these dates. I told them to just skip the consult since they seemed irritated with the back and forth. They apologized for any inconvenience, but this kind of reaction left me feeling like they were inflexible and that they would rather not have my business.

We can't say enough good things about Integrity. Aaron is creative and insightful. He listens and then devises solutions for problems. His crew was professional and friendly, punctual and communicative, and very pet friendly. And the results are outstanding -- better than we had hoped for. We highly recommend Integrity Finishes!

We are very happy that we chose Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay to remove the popcorn finish from the ceiling in two large rooms with vaulted ceilings. When we requested a quote, they responded quickly, answered all of our questions and scheduled the work to be done at a time that was convenient for us. John and his team arrived on time and were always friendly and professional. John talked us through each step of the process. They were neat and carefully sealed off the areas to be worked on to minimize clean up in the rest of the house. They worked quickly and diligently and when the job was completed did a great clean-up. The final results exceeded our expectations. My wife and I were both very impressed and would definitely recommend Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay to our friends.

Did an incredible job. Very professional from start to finish, Aarron worked to get me a quote that was clear and to the point. Quote was beyond fair. I was not prepared for the army this company has at its disposal. They will get the job done. The have a team that works hard. The gentlemen that painted my house were courteous and extremely professional. It took about a week from taping the house to finishing painting. I believe it would have taken a smaller crew at least twice that time to do the same job. End of the job, they made sure that I was satisfied everything. Wife and I were very happy at the walk around. I don't really have any criticisms of my experience with Integrity. Maybe a bit loud in the AM, but these guys were jovial and worked hard. I felt very comfortable with guys working on my home. You always have a bit of worry when you have someone work on your home. The process of getting quotes, wondering if you are hiring good people, and getting a feel on the quality of their work is still hard even in the age of internet reviews. Integrity Finishes did their part to diminish all those anxieties. I wish more companies worked this way. I without any reservations recommend these guys. If you have a needing a painter, get a proposal.

Aaron was heavily booked to give estimates. I set up an appointment a couple weeks out to work with my schedule coming in to town. He called the day before to confirm. He was on time and his estimate was within the range I had in mind to pay. Since it was my only bid I have no comparison but it seemed reasonable. The painting was taking place at our seasonal residence and he was able to schedule the work within a week. My wife was very pleased with the work. She was very pleased with the personality and professionalism of the painters. My wife needed to leave during the painting due to her asthma. They indicated how long it would take and they were on the mark. Left touch up and trim paint for future scuff marks. They painted two coats and used a paint I had started with so everything matched. I appreciated that. Aaron knew my tight schedule coming in and out of town and made it work! Thank you!!

The representative came out, I liked him very much. He was very professional. Then the work crew came out, they worked for a week on the house. They were supposed to take down wall paper, paint, and clean up. Well, they took down the wall paper and they painted very nicely. The clean up was a mess. The damage that was done in my house, they fried my chandelier. I had to call in an electrician. I paid $185.00 to the electrician to fix the electricity and take down the chandelier. They left my carpet a mess. The owner of the company never called me to check to see how satisfied I was. I had to have my carpet cleaned, which I and a workman did. We also cleaned the house up, and it took us 3 1/2 hours of really hard work to get it cleaned up, I was very disappointed. I took pictures of a lot of the stuff that was done. We had a snooker table, it was a big house with a bar. There were certain areas they were working in. This table, they got water on the snooker table cover, part of the wood was even bleached! This is just a mess. If I was going to keep that table, I would have made a bigger fuss. I didn't call the guy at all. I have been so angry about it. I do have receipts and I do have pictures, and at this point I don't want anything from him. He had a very good report on Angie's List, and I just think that it was sad that he didn't call to see how satisfied I was. I think the guy knew when they left that I was really upset. There was a Plexiglas panel on this one door that I have, to keep finger prints off the wallpaper. Well they took the wallpaper down, but this is a push door on a spring and It's a hidden area under the stairs, I asked where the Plexiglas that goes on there for people to push. He said, oh I threw that away. I don't believe he threw it away, but I am not going to argue with him. I really would not recommend them for that reason. They did get the wallpaper down, and they did get it painted and it looks nice. But the damage that was done, to me, was inexcusable. We have hardwood floors, and they left them just a mess. I wouldn't recommend them, just because of the way they left my house and the damage that was done. They didn't offer to pay for the electrician or anything. It was oh there is a switch out in the garage that we can't get to stay on. Not to mention, my house is a wood house. They could have burnt the place down. I still have the chandelier in my car where you can see how it was burnt. Nothing to mention of it, just that the electrical thing out there wouldn't go back on and that I should have an electrician look at it. I don't think I am an unreasonable person. I took pictures of everything, to verify what I am saying. There wasn't a lot of wall paper. I have a Victorian house. I assume that the price was fair. I like the guy that came out. The other guy with the crew, seemed like he was going to be confident and get everything done. I gave him a key to my house, so they could start at their convenience to get the job done. My biggest gripe with them is the clean up and what it cost me to do the clean up afterwards. I had to pay somebody to help me clean that up, and the electrician plus my chandelier. It's gone, it's fried. The thing that I object to the most, I think, the guy that came out and seemed so confident, never called to see if I was satisfied with the job. It took them about a week to get it done. They didn't say anything when they were finished, just that they were finished. The leader of the group, Tim I think it was, seemed very nice and very confident. I wasn't there, I didn't live at the house at the time, so they had full range to go in and do their thing and get out. The only time I had with him is to give him the keys so he could get in there, and then he called me when they were finished. I went in and looked around and told him certain areas that I wasn't happy with. They started cleaning on that, and it just looked like a bigger mess. So I told him that's it. Then he told me about the electrical problem. I had no idea the extent of that electrical problem. I'm just not happy with them.

Outstanding. After giving Integrity Finishes a prior job of stucco repairs and exterior painting we decided to use them again for this job. Just as the first job, everything was perfectly handled. Immediately after getting their proposal, work began and was completed in a very timely fashion. The quality of the work was exceptional. All of their staff is highly trained, very skillful and very experienced. They are true professionals. The clean up afterwards was perfect as well as direct follow up by the owner. This was a relatively small painting project. Newly installed double door entry way, plus two newly installed six panel doors, plus an old six panel and a single garage door and a double garage door. Only negative...a two week delay to project start date. Guess this company is busy but the quality of their paint and the quality of their labor probably explains that. I recommend this company.

Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. I received a quick call after my initial inquiry. The owner set up time to meet with me to provide a quote. The overview of the service to be provided was thorough and helpful samples of the work were presented. The quote was timely provided at our initial meeting. We set a time to begin the job and the service providers were extremely prompt- arriving everyday at 7am as we agreed. The outcome of the project was amazing and absolutely perfect. It was everything I asked for. Completely satisfied.

Fabulous. From getting a detailed estimate provided by Aaron, the owner and upon agreeing upon it, he informed me that the work was scheduled to begin in 3 days. The first day of the job, 4 vehicles and 4 extremely qualified technicians (artists in my opinion) arrive, all 15 minutes earlier than scheduled to begin the job. These guys were the most professional, most polite, and most caring crew I've ever experienced. They completed what others told me would be 7 days of work in just 4 days. They kept the property clean and protected perfectly and there was no evidence of any damage to anything. Got an explanation of work to be completed each morning and a recap before they departed each day. The owner kept in constant contact and the communication was excellent. Any small additional requests were handled without question. One great advantage is if you are looking for stucco and painting, this is a one shop source. No one else would do both, even after they promised up front they could. This saved me a considerable amount of money as opposed to hiring two separate companies. Needless to say a lot of time too. Other companies told me 2 to 3 weeks and these guys did the exact same work in 4 days!!! I'm planning on having them quote two additional jobs as a result of the great work they did. Have a lot of experience with companies that do this type of work, and am yet to find one I would select over Integrity Finishes.

Aaron had responded to my inquiry within just a few hours informing me I was out of his service area. So often providers won't even return a message when outside, but he showed true professionalism and I appreciate that.

They did an amazing job. They are so good. My husband and I wish they were here so they could come make cabinets here. They did a phenomenal job.

Absolutely Great. The Work to be performed was clearly marked on contract, material to be used was top notch Sherwin Williams. Work was performed on the exact schedule promised and Aaron's staff even replaced some LED canister lights 25 feet high. Best Painting Job ever!!!

Aaron gave a thorough and exact quote and showed me samples of how the cabinets would look after they were painted to ensure it would be satisfactory. The painting team were professional, neat, thorough and did an excellent job. Aaron honored the Angie's List coupon, which saved me $100. I am very happy with the results and workmanship of Integrity Finishes.

Aaron Wallace, the owner, gave us a very detailed, itemized estimate which was very helpful in comparing with other estimates. Clay and his crew (Cody and Joe) did an outstanding job on all of the areas. They were very pleasant to work with, very thorough, and took extra care with our home. We would definitely like to use Integrity Finishes again when the need arises.

Clay Lalbachan was the painter. He set up well and performed better than I ever had this townhouse painted.

Integrity did a terrific job. At this point we've had them back 3 times for various rooms so that alone should tell you what a good job they're doing. And I will probably have them back for the last few rooms that need painting. The price was a little high on this last job.. Very professional and excellent quality.

Very responsive, communicative and helpful. Integrity's crew was amazing. They turned my 80s-looking kitchen cabinets into a kitchen that looks like it came from the pages of IKEA. Exceptional job, incredible detail, my kitchen was spotless with everything put back exactly where I left it and everything looks amazing! I plan on having them return to handle my bathrooms. Excellent all the way around!
