+ -1 moreThe wall AC unit in our guest suite kept shutting off. We were expecting 5 houseguests (one of whom is a toddler) I called Jeff and he came out the same day. He ran the diagnostics, determined that the power cord was faulty. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why and how wall units work in general. He was very clear about the options, cost, etc. and his goal was to direct me to the least expensive route which meant that he actually gave me a power cord (he had a spare) and charged only to instal it. He wrote up a detailed job invoice with estimates of the various options for future.
Description of Work: The AC wall unit in our guest suite kept cutting out and we were expecting 5 houseguests. I called Jeff and he came out that day and repaired the unit.
