We had a difficult time selecting the flooring for our home. Rob Wagner, the store manager, was helpful and very patient on our many visits to the store. He let us bring multiple samples to our house. After observing our many choices he recommended a floor color and style. It ended our search. We were out of town for the installation but he kept us updated with pictures as the work progressed. We are very happy with the installation, the price and our new floor.

We shopped around and decided that Flooring America had the people we wanted to do business with. They were easy to deal with and very professional. The only problem we had was not realizing how much dust would be stirred up due to the type of work needed to smooth out and ready the floors for installation of the vinyl flooring. We absolutely love our new floors.

PROS:SHANE WARTH WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL ASSISTING IN CHOOSING FLOORING THAT WOULD NOT ONLY BE PRACTICAL BUT WOULD GIVE OUR HOME THAT "WOW" FACTOR WE WERE LOOKING FOR. HE MADE 3 VISITS TO OUR HOME TO BRING SAMPLES,ASSIST WITH DECORATING IDEAS AND THEN TO SIGN THE CONTRACT. CONS:SHANE WOULD NOT ALLOW US TO BORROW STORE FLOORING/CARPETING SAMPLES WE WERE INTERESTED IN. PROMISED SAMPLES NEVER ARRIVED,OTHER STORES PROVIDING QUOTES HAD SAMPLES AVAILABLE WITHIN A WEEK. INSTALLERS HAD TO RETURN TWICE TO CORRECT MINOR PROBLEMS.USED AN INCORRECT CAULK COLOR IN THE BATH AND WERE VISIBLY IRRITATED/RUDE WHEN ASKED TO REPLACE IT. STATED THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE CORRECT CAULK COLOR ON THE TRUCK. "FOUND" IT WHEN PRESSED. SHANE STATED THAT HE WOULD GIVE US A "DEAL" IF WE INSTALLED BOTH THE FLOORING AND CARPETING WE NEEDED USING HIS BUSINESS. THE "SPECIAL" PRICE WE WERE GIVEN EXCEEDED EVERY OTHER BID WE RECEIVED ON THE SAME JOB BY $800 TO $1500.00,SHANE REFUSED TO NEGOTIATE AT ALL AND LOST OUR BUSINESS
