 + -1 moreThe contractor did not perform as promised. Initially, Edwards gave me a verbal appraisal that was much different than the final written appraisal. Service was slow and follow-up was poor. A separate appraisal of my side lot was promised, but never furnished. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: Edwards appraisal, appraised my home and property, including a side lot which is part of the property, for the purpose of contesting my real estate taxes.
