Description of Work: Provider did nothing. Had an appointment for 8:30 - 9:00 AM. Did not show up. Texted him when I could expect him, no answer.11:00 AM I cancelled the call and hired someone else. This person is not reliable.

+ -1 moreCrew (2) arrived on time,(8:00 A.M. posted permit and start to work. One was working on panel and the other was working on kitchen and garage lights. Job took about 6 hours and it was inspected and "PASSED" with flying colors.
Description of Work: Replacing old and installing new (200A) main panel) Installing overhead lights in garage and kitchen. The company is Progress Energy authorized sub contractor and was recommended to me by friend from Progress Energy .

+ -1 moreI had an exceptionally good experience with this electrician. My uncle, an engineer, who was in residence at the condo, also commented on his professionalism and expertise.
Description of Work: I live in Pennsylvania and have a condo in Clearwater, Florida. My aunt and uncle were staying in the condo when a problem occurred with the electricity in a few of the rooms. They had to use extension cords to provide service to certain rooms in the condo. Since I do not live in Clearwater, I used Angie's List to locate this electrician. I called and explained the problem. Since safety was a factor with using the extension cords, he made the call the very same day and worked for 3 hours to remedy the problem. It turned out to be a relatively simple solution, a "loose neutral", but locating the specific problem in the rather large condo was extermely time-consuming. He worked diligently and informed my uncle of his findings as he worked. By the time he left, the condo was fully functional electrically. I personally received a call from the electrician explaining the problem in detail, as well as the explanation to my uncle.

+ -1 moreWe were unsure what to do with our kitchen and bathroom areas which had fluorescent lighting fixtures. They were always blinking or burnt out. Emmate made excellent suggestions for lighting fixtures for all 3 areas, and we are very pleased with how they turned out. We also had other work done for replacing some fixtures and correcting polarity errors. All work was done to perfection.

+ -1 moreThere should be a category higher than an "A" for Di Mond! This man was professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute perfectionist. If there is EVER any work I need done again, I will use him regardless of the price.
Description of Work: Re-installation of a replacement Hunter ceiling fan. The first electrician did not see the RED tag that stated that he must add the oil that was included in this classic American fan. In addition, he checked out my electrical and identified some mysterious outlets.

I WILL use Di'Mond Electric, Inc again. If someone asks me for an electrical company I will tell the DI'MOND. Thanks Emmate and crew for a great job.
Description of Work: Repair 2 switched outlets, add dedicated line for microwave, add outlet in foyer, replace switch in bathroom with stacked switch to seperate exhoust fan, and remove and relocate 2 switches/1 receptacle for kitchen remodel.

He took my nephew?s number to call him and then got in touch with me. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I have used Diamond Electric several times. They are very prompt in terms of being there when they say they will be. They explain what work they are doing. They are careful of my belongings when they are doing the work.
